Premier was friendly, quick to get us in for an oil change, and gave us a reasonable quote for additional work we need done.

Really good, quick and fairly priced. Will trust with all my repair needs. Thank you!!

My air conditioning quit on me in the middle of a heatwave. I called the business that usually does work on my car. Took two calls before they returned my call just to say they don't fix A/C. Not happy. So took to Yelp to find someone else and I'm glad I did. Premier got me right in. Person who waited on me was very polite. Kept me informed of what I needed and stuck to his quote. Work was done very quickly and to my satisfaction. Here's to my new place of business! read more

I was referred to Premier Auto Center by a friend. She was right-on about how professional and knowledgeable they are about repairing cars. Omar is very personable and funny. He explained everything that needed to be repaired, and kept me apprised of the progress as it went along. Not only was I pleased with the final result, they had washed and detailed my car inside and out, and it looked like it could be new on a showroom floor. Super work and reasonable too. Don't waste you time looking around--you'll never find service like this! read more

Premier Auto Center - Clean waiting area with a coffee machine, espresso machine, all the coffee fixings, and drinks! All free of course - Auto Repair Near Me - Spring Valley, California

Premier Auto Center was so professional about my VAN he did amazing service on my breaks replace for me the rotors and make sure that everything work smoothly, he did some extra mile of his service and did a full check on my van and he found out there is no Cab Air Filter and he suggested me to add one to get more clear air in the cab. The price was affordable and compare to other businesses it was in the average price , I do like to pay for company that care about my cars extra then find someone cheaper that not care about my cars and care about what need to be done. Thank you for everyone how car about my car and I'm extremely recommending on those guys they know what they are doing with care! I'll do more business with them for sure! read more

I first encountered this auto center by accident when I was trying to go to one across the street. Premier had just opened and I accidentally went inside there instead. Im so glad I did! I know nothing about cars and they have always explained everything to me in an honest and straight forward manner, given me options, and gotten me the best possible prices. They are fast, efficient, genuine, and kind. After this amazing service I will never go anywhere else! So glad I found them. 10000/10 would recommend. read more

This shop is awesome and highly recommended by me and my colleagues that work in an automotive dealership. Robert the Tech is super knowledgeable, and the staff were also friendly and helpful. ONCE AGAIN, Premier Auto Center took care of my problem. Brought my Lexus in because it would wobble right to left on straight roads and it was worse on highways. They figured out it was my Control arm and alignment. They did not charge me an arm and leg like these other "mechanics" were in my area. I will be returning for any of my car needs in the future. I highly recommend this establishment for car repairs. read more

Friendly service got the job done quickly kept me informed the entire step of the way! Walked me through what needed to be done. Would highly recommend! read more

A couple of days ago I turned my car on and I heard a clicking noise. It started to happen everytime I turned it on. I wanted to get it checked out so I searched on yelp and that's where I found Premier Auto Center. Let me just say there is a reason they have such a good rating. After they checked my car thoroughly they assured me that everything seemed fine and the clicking sound was normal, instead of trying to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. They were also kind enough to wave the diagnostic fee. Premier Auto Center will be getting my business from now on. Highly recommend. read more

I took my car in for diagnosis today which happens to be a Saturday. Did not expect same day diagnosis and deliver. Service and pricing was reasonable. read more

I came here because of the ratings. They delivered and what I really liked is that I felt like I was at home. Being a woman places like these are very intimidating. But Omar and Robert were very welcoming. Service was great and they finished in a timely manner. Will definitely consider them for future work. read more

Good people and excellent service. I had to change my alternator and fix leaking of oil on my bmw328i The price was less than 500 with everything. I will definitely comeback if any issue in the future read more

Check this out. I brought my 1998 Tacoma to Premier Auto Center (PAC) for a tune-up. Omar gave me an estimate completion day of 2 working days. Tune-up was completed in 1 day. Here is the best part, after I left PAC, Omar called me to come back right away (I was only 2 blocks away), because they forgot to do the brake fluid flush and the coolant flush. This shows that PAC is an honest place with honest people providing great service. Other establishments would most probably have me drive away. Thank you Omar, Robert & staff. After I told my neighbors & friends about my experience, they told me that they will come see you. read more

I drove out to Eastlake this past memorial weekend from Phoenix, and my fuel pump stop working on my Tahoe. I searched for repair shops that were close to my hotel, and found Premier Auto Center. I chose to take my car to Premier because of their great reviews. Omar and his associates took great care of me. I thought the repairs were going to take a couple days, but they were done with the repairs the same day. They're very professional and have reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I reached out through YELP, and PAC was one of the first to respond, but the only one that provided a quote up front. I have experience with cars and knew what the problem was and the effort required to fix a blown head gasket. I was provided a timeline and they were able to deliver on it even with having to use the help of a machine shop. Working with a warranty department that gave us the run-around was the hardest part. Omar was patient and did everything by the book but was limited because of them. The car works great now, and he pointed out a few existing issues for me, which I am thankful for. I would definitely be returning for any jobs I can't handle on my own. The price was a little high, but it was what he quoted me plus it was a BIG job. I can now answer the question "Do you know a good mechanic?". read more

Above and beyond customer service, quick and easy oil change, very well priced. Will be coming back for more work soon.

Amazing customer service and up fort and clear with how the process will be and take! As well they made me feel welcomed and understood ever concern I had. Lastly, I was working through my Cat Warranty (mercury) and I was told with honesty that it might take some time with them and to be patient and I appreciate the honesty! Keep up the great job PAC! read more

I have so many good things to say about this place! Firstly, the service from Omar was amazing. He was super friendly and helpful in every way possible. He was extremely informative and explained what was wrong with my car after assessing it. Also, he reassured me that everything with my car would be okay. Second, the service was very fast. I brought my car in late afternoon around 2pm and it ended up being fixed by the next day. This is way faster than any other auto repair shop i had been to (keeping in mind, they had to get the parts for my car and install it). It was very fast service. Now my car feels better than ever and I don't have to stress about it anymore. Third, the price was super reasonable. I've been to previous auto repair shops that always up-charge me. You could tell that they really care about their customers and are not just in it for the money. Customers and service come first here. I will definitely be back because I trust Omar and Premier Auto Shop with my car!! I truly had the best experience with them and I'm glad I found this place. read more

My brakes were making a horrible sound, so I called Omar early in the morning.
