I recently bought an older RV (2000) and needed to get a smog check. I had no idea what an OBD II was or a "drive cycle" that is needed to get the monitors ready for smog. Vincent is knowledgeable and explained what I had to do to get ready. He showed me the proper drive cycle procedure and was patient even though I stopped in 4 times to see if I was ready for smog. The rv passed and Vincent did not try to charge me for repairs I didn't need. I am so lucky I found this shop. I called ahead to see if it would be possible to bring my car in for a smog check last minute and was told that would be fine, they just asked for the make, model, and year of my car. When I arrived Vincent was quick to assist, the whole process took less than 30 mins. I LUCKILY came across this shop, as I was in need of a Smog & Repair Shop. Mr. Vincent did a phenomenal job, and my car passed without a glitch! He found some necessary recalls I needed to get done by a dealer. He was Covid cautious, wearing a mask and keeping safe distances. I didn't have to wait long at all. I arrived at smog location they were working w another vehicle. I thought I would wait forever the technician came out before I could get out of my car. Very friendly and service was so fast. As a woman I hate any service center for cars they take forever but i was in n out so fast. The technician checked air pressure and was very friendly man. Service was outstanding and he was very efficient. In the last few weeks I had 2 cars Smog Checked there. One time there was no waiting, the other time was a 10 minute wait. Very competitive pricing. Great service! I came in for a smog check and was in and out in probably 15 minutes. The man helping me was very informative and friendly. Their prices are very clearly posted in their office.
