They did everything I asked in a very timely manner. I had no quality issues. The price was very reasonable compared to having a dealer do the same job. 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. read more

Good dependable service at a fair price. Came to get some body work done. Memo and Isaac were awesome

I've been coming here for auto service for a while. They're affordable, friendly, and generally polite, and I hadn't had any major issues before. However, my last couple of visits confirmed that I won't be returning. I spoke with Isaac on the phone the day before about picking up my truck. Imagine my surprise when I dropped off my rental and arrived to find my truck completely taken apart and not ready at all. No one called or updated me to let me know there was a delay. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, I got no response. Not to mention I dropped off my truck Monday the 19th! This was a huge waste of my time and honestly felt disrespectful. I had to scramble last minute to find transportation to work and handle my day. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light was on -- something we had already discussed previously. PLUS my car is STILL leaking oil the main thing I bought it in for and paid for soooooo they had it for FOUR days and charged me and fixed NOTHING. Disappointed is not the word is I could give zero stars I would. Overall, very disappointing experience after what had been decent service in the past. wtfffff read more

Very honesty mechanic shop I've been here 2 times and I will continue coming They won't take advantage of what'a wrong with your car and milk you for more money to fix more then what your car needs read more

At first I was pleased with the work they did on my car the first time. I was needed more work on my vehicle but for some reason they started to give me the run around. My car feels the same. It still has pulling feeling. I don't know if they really fixed my car or not. Also, the communication is not great at all. I am taking my car somewhere else. I don't recommend this place unless you want to make a lot of calls. read more

I took my Honda Odyssey to 5 different places to get a quote on auto body work and Guillermo at Pacific Star Auto was the most affordable BY FAR. They did beautiful work and they did it in exactly the timeframe promised. Everyone there was incredibly friendly. I'm extremely impressed. What can I say about this place, besides being our hero! Guillermo was awesome from beginning to end. Our car was having some issues and we have a trip planned and being that is Friday(a holiday weekend at that), we for sure thought our plans for vacation were going to be ruined, but no he saved the day and fixed our car in less than 2 hours! We will forever be grateful and will be taking our cars there from now on! Recommend them on their knowledge and efficiency and rapidness! read more

I called in and on the same day I was able to helped and they did a great job. Great price as well 10/10 would recommend

Let me start by saying I downloaded Yelp specifically to write a great review here because it's rare you ever find places this reliable for a great price, with such personable support. I was referred by my friend when I had a U-joint and bearing in my drive train broken. Toyota wanted to replace the whole thing which would have been more than I could afford. Guillermo and his crew were able to fix the issue along with replace my AC for a more than reasonable price (military gets a discount too!). Then 5 mo later my rear main seal on my tranny was leaking, which involves a ton of maintenance. The the truck runs great! Not only their professionalism on job completion, but he would literally send texts and photos of the job while they're doing it to keep me posted on what's wrong, and what they're doing. read more

Great owner. Very responsive to your needs. Help me with insurance situation very quickly.

I love this place. Was struggling trying to pass smog and this guy is the man to go to! This is definitely going to be my new go to place.

I read reviews before deciding where to take my car, and they were all so promising, especially those that say this place isn't about the bs as a girl, that's super important to me, besides getting my car going. This place is great! They communicate, they get things done and all with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. 100% recommend. read more

With the help of the Guillermo's crew, my car was serviced in a timely manner along with decent price. Situated in a residential neighborhood the auto shop is easy to locate. Guillermo and his crew were friendly and willing to help. I'll definitely return my car for more future services! read more

I found Pacific Star on RepairPal website. My car had failed the smog and needed to a repair for the code P0403 found by Smog Test Center. Pacific Star was available for the earliest appointment and when I brought my car in, the manager or personnel (named Guillermo) in charge was not available. Guillermo was really nice and HONEST. He had already ordered and ready to install the new EGR but verifying that the EGR was not cabled tight, he simply re-attached (and cleaned a bit) and instructed me to drive for at least 50+ miles and to return for a check-up to see if the check engine light will go off. I did and it worked and he only charged me $50. for the labor. He could have just replaced it and charge me whole lot more but did not. I did not go back to the old shop (ATD) where I used to take all my cars for services because I found them to be dishonest and rude (after change of management). I am happy that I have this place. read more

Guillermo and his crew are trustworthy. His prices are fair and he won't tell you you need more work than what really needs to be done. They finish the job and get it done in a timely manner. And done right! He came highly recommended and I refer people to him all the time. Guillermo goes above and beyond to get you taken care of. read more

I came here because they had good ratings, but my experience was the opposite. I called in before I came to verify if they could take care of my side view mirror, which had been knocked loose. They said "Sure, bring it in", and they would take a look at it. About 20 min later, I brought my car over and pulled in. A mechanic (older man) stopped working on a car for a minute, walked over and just gave me a weird look. I thought he was coming to talk to me so I rolled down my window. He turned around and went back to the car he was working on. I got out and stood there for a few seconds to see if he would say something, and he didn't. I walked over to the office, which was completely empty. I thought ok maybe they're busy, so I waited in there for several minutes and even looked back by the restrooms. The only people there were the two guys out front, who continued to ignore me. I got on the phone and called another nearby shop (Raul Auto Body and Paint which they ended up helping me out). I walked out to my car and left. They never attempted to help me out or acknowledge me the entire time, even though I called ahead, they clearly saw me and just gave me an awkward look, and I waited for several minutes in the office. Completely rude and unprofessional. read more

Undoubtedly the best car service in town. They are upfront, honest, and communicative in the work that is required. They tell you exactly what your vehicle needs and doesn't need. My vehicle needed upper ball joints bad and they provided several options to replace them while doing some other much needed work like control arm bushings, tie rod ends and sway bar bushings. The front end is tight and the quality is excellent. read more

The owner Guillermo is a super cool guy. I went there because someone hit my car and tear down my right mirror. I was in and out in less than an hour. They replaced my exhaust manifold on my 86 Toyota truck and I had a bed liner sprayed on. Great work. Honest, friendly and fair.

The mechanics here are great! They work fast and they always keep you updated. Most importantly they are HONEST. I had taken my car to get services at a couple different places before I was referred here by my sister. When I came to get some work done on my brakes I was expecting an expensive bill. I didn't even bother asking for an estimate because I had called a couple places before so I assumed the expense of the whole service. But Guerimo (the shop owner) handed me the bill and it was such a great deal for quick service! And even being a girl he and his mechanics explain the whole process of the services they did. I think it's really kind of them to fill me in even if I don't understand everything. Even if go months without seeing them and I call to get an oil change they remember me. Great customer service! I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Star Auto to any one who wants great services. read more

Found this place with great reviews on Yelp, so I stopped by after work. Great customer service from the start, affordable prices, & great work. They recommended a few things, but no pressure like other places. Also, honest about what my car needed and severity. I asked about a few other things my car needed and Guillermo gave me an estimate right away and explained what the repairs do for your car. I will definitely be coming back for the other repairs needed on my car. My family too has a family owned business, in shoe repair, so I know what running a business is like. Friendly and honest place. Thank you. read more

This business owner is a Liar first of all. If he says he is going to call you he doesnt. (Went in to personally in his face , leave my number 4 times). He said job would take 3-6 days max, well 2 months pass by and he delays the job because he says his workers dont know how to fix certain jobs that his business claims they can do, and still turnaround in 3-6 days. Which will be a lie. Then this guy says i need suspension parts to test the alignment. Sent him the parts and assured him my current parts are good, and to save them so i can return the test parts ($350), and use originals. Well i went to pickup my car after getting no calls or follow ups in approximately 2 months. He didnt ever do the job, just replaced the test parts i gave him, and he says he lost the original parts, or maybe trashed them. There goes 60 days and $350, on top of that still a damaged car. My dad owns a mechanic shop, and i have been in the car industry all my life. This is the worst you will see, just a bunch of people there that will happily take your money. Avoid this place at all costs and please do your due diligence. read more

Fantastic! I purchased a cute little Mercedes sport car for a great deal, but it had a crunched up section around the back passenger wheel well. The car is 10 years old so I wasn't sure I wanted to put a lot of money into it. On the recommendation of my sister, I called Guillermo at Pacific Star Auto. He did an amazing job on my sister's Lexus. Guillermo was terrific - friendly, honest and professional. Took a good long look at my car and showed us that the bumper, wheel well panel and back door were affected. Gave us an incredible quote for $950 total. He had our car for a week and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. I was very pleased with the result! I've already recommended Guillermo to several friends. read more

I just picked up my car from Guillermo after he installed my stage 3 clutch. His service is without and doubt the best i've had. My car stayed with him over the memorial day weekend but he kept in contact with me letting me know the car was safe.
