Adrian's lack of professionalism and customer service is truly appalling. Given the circumstances, my vehicle being so damaged and me just tryna to make sure it is fixed back to its original state making sure it is still a safe and reliable vehicle for me and my children, yet Adrian acting like it's just an inconvenience is truly disheartening.
