Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I texted photos of a scraped front air dam/spoiler and three door dings I wanted repaired on my…read moreMazda. I agreed to a reasonable price for the work and scheduled the repairs for an available time slot a couple of days later. Ishmael came first to do several stages of repair to the ugly scrape. He told me he did Bondo filling, sanding, primer, matching paint, and a clear coat. Ceasar arrived a bit later to fix the door dents. He had a whole array of specialty tools he could insert through a gap in the window sill when the window was rolled down. I left the two to work and went back inside. Ceasar called me to let me know they were done. From start to finish, the repairs were done in under two hours. The paintless dent repairs are perfect. You would not know they were there. The front air dam repair is very good. White metallic paint is pretty hard to match. Because I know where to look I think I can see a very tiny shade difference. But I doubt anyone else would ever notice. I'm very pleased with the work.
