Our resort had some ceviche and it was decent but just didn't have the broth and complexity that I crave. Found this place and walked a couple miles to get there when it opened. I was beyond impressed. The atmosphere is quaint and warm, service prompt and friendly. This is everything I think of when I envision the perfect ceviche even though the ingredients are a little eclectic. Like any good dish, they're perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. It was served in fresh half pineapple.,Unfortunately I was not able to taste the coconut. i was expecting that it will be kinda sticky since the rice was cooked in coconut curry... but no, it seems like it was just soaked in water, it's lacking the taste of the coconut and taste of curry.,Also, for awhile i thought i was eating chicken instead of lobster.
