But today's experience was really bothersome. The man who did my manicure was working really fast for some reason, and it caused the whole experience to be extremely painful. I have short nails, and he filed them so much one of my fingers actually was bleeding a little bit when I got home. He was just overall very rough and it was a bad experience. They also overcharged me by $20 for something I never asked for. Its now been hours and my finger tips are still in pain. I really liked this place but after today I won't be back sadly.

The polish was so sloppily put on that it was flooding my cuticles. When I asked If they could touch up all my nails they just kept filing and filing my cuticles to get the polish off, only for my cuticles to still be covered in polish. I also have a piece of fuzz on every one of my nails that was just covered with polish. I can confidently say that I would have done a better job on my nails had I done them myself at home. I like to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure on occasion. My normal Salon was closed this…read moremonth which I didn't realize until I arrived so I decided to look for other salons in the area. This one was just up the street so I gave it a try. I was greeted immediately five for ladies working on clients and place into a chair once I stated that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I picked my colors and they got started The inside of the salon was lovely. There was gentle instrumental music playing in the background. There were curtains hanging from the ceiling should you want privacy during your treatment. The sat in a large massage chair and instantly relaxed. I was offered something to drink, water, wine or beer. I missed you water being run directly into the basin that's been cleaned out ahead of time. To my pleasant surprise they used a disposable liner inside the Basin which added a lovely layer of hygiene. I was presented with a menu of pedicure options that included things such as hot stone massage, extended massage, paraffin wax treatment and a variety of other things. One lady completed my pedicure, place my flip-flops on my feet and led me to the desk seat to have my hands done. Overall, I was happy with the results . I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and they weren't exactly perfect as I felt the tips for a little thick , however, their work done was pretty good. The lady completing my work was lovely and polite constantly asking me what I thought of what she was doing and if I needed things changed. My French gel mani and french pedi came to $61. A little more expensive than what i am used to but reasonable nonetheless. They do not take American Express but accept other major credit cards. They had about 10 or so massage chairs and about six desk style chairs for you to get your hands done as well as some private rooms in the back for waxing and this place would work if you had a large crowd. The only thing that I really didn't care for was how long it took. Working fairly diligently it took over two hours which comes to be a bit long in my opinion. I'm probably going to go back to my regular place since they're a bit quicker and the results are exactly what I like since I've been going to them for so long. However, is there ever close again I would make this a second choice

I'd just gotten a manicure about 9 days before when my overlay began to pull up from my nails. I was concerned about moisture getting under my nails and how I could lose a nail, mine are natural and not tips, so I needed a fix immediately. BB was amazing! She saw how concerned I was and squeezed me in. Once my overlay was removed, I was shocked to see a green bacteria growth underneath my overlay!! I had never in life seen anything like this! BB calmed me down and reassured me this could be healed. I went from damaged nail beds and green nastiness to what you see in the pictures. BB even set me up to return so that she can keep up maintenance until I'm completely healed. I've always been one to do my research but even the best research won't always reveal an unskilled technician. I found out the hard way to trust my gut because not everyone posing as a professional truly is. Thank goodness I visited BB! She's about more than pretty nails but nail health and repair. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and full service. The customer service is amazing and you can get everything from your nails, feet, and eyelashes to micro blading and waxing done. I highly recommend this salon!

My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.
