We had an interior door locked. i called and they sent a technician who was 40 minutes not the 20 quoted. He got our door open- but then charged us 220 cash- and said if we paid by card it' dbe a 10% mark up on the price. He offered to wait for the cash or follow one of my family to the bank. I called because I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Initially, they couldn't provide a price for the service; the technician who would assist me was supposed to inform me of the cost on phone and on arrival. During the call, the technician asked for my location, confirmed it, and informed me of his distance. When he arrived, he didn't mention pricing until the end of the service. By then, they were blocking traffic, which I was trying to tell driversd to go around, and I ended up paying $200 after they'd finished. In my rush to get them to leave and clear the traffic, I paid without question. Feeling ripped off, I called to confirm prices the night of. After asking four times, they finally gave me a rough estimate of $19 to $200. When I asked about leaving a review on Yelp, they said they didn't have a website for a review, despite claiming "instant cost estimation" on their site. I never received any estimate. These rates are exorbitant, and I strongly advise against using this service. If I'd known the price before they arrived, I would have paid the $29 fee to avoid the service. But I didn't have that chance. They refused a partial refund and said they would not give anything back befcuase it was already done. Even though they admited fault for no one informing me of price. Every part of the process with this company has been a nightmare. First, the dispatch person gets my name wrong and can't give me any kind of price quote, then tells me that the technician will be in contact within 5 minutes with an estimate for both price and time of arrival. The technician calls me back after almost 20 minutes, tells me he's 20 minutes away, still can't give me an estimate until he sees the car. He calls me again after about 15 minutes, tells me he is now 15 minutes away. He arrives at the wrong place, despite me giving him the address, and is very irritated by having to drive around to find me, even though I verified my address and location name with the dispatch person, and I've told him directly the locations name. I ask for a THIRD TIME for an estimate once he sees the car, he says he has to get up close to look. He gets his tools out, verified that I just need the car door unlocked, and FINALLY gives me an estimate. I agree, it's a little higher than I would've liked, but I accept anyway. He gets my car door open, and then tells me that there's an extra charge since it was after 9 pm. He tells me that the dispatcher told me this, and that the website says it! And he also adds on some amount of tax! There is no tax on services in California! I argue some, and he tells me it's out of his hands! So I pay the extra $50, despite the website EXPLICITLY SAYING that there are no hidden fees! I call customer service today, during proper business hours, and they tell me that this service fee is completely non-refundable, even though I was never made aware of it! It says all over the website that the service are 24/7, that there are no hidden fees, that you and the technician will agree on the price, but no! Absolutely not! The website also says that they take all credit cards, but the technician tells me it's either cash or venmo! If I could leave a 0 star review, I absolutely would, because this was a terrible experience. ​ read more

Terrific locksmith, can't recommend Yochi enough. I lost the extra fob for my new car and foolishly thought I could save some money by buying one from an online source and having it programmed by an automotive locksmith. Bottom line, even though I bought the fob from a supposedly reputable company, they gave me one that wasn't kosher. Poor Yochi spent much time and effort (in the blazing Southern California sun) trying to figure out what the problem was when the problem was that I was trying to save some money by purchasing a replacement online. Lesson learned. In the end, Yochi worked damn hard and set me up with a new fob that I'm very happy with.
