My experience with NextGen General Contracting was a positive one Michael Zdeb stopped by offering to inspect our roof for damage that may have occurred during the Memorial weekend hail storm. We were out of state that weekend but I did remember our neighbors telling us of that storm but we never thought to check the roof or gutters. Michael spent 45 minutes on the roof, after which he asked me to follow him to the back yard where I could see dozens of small caulk circles on the roof of my home and I had a strong case for a claim on Insurance replacement. Forty-eight hours later Michael and my agent were on my roof for over an hour doing a detailed inspection. When they finally came back down my agent said they were going to cover a full tear-off, a new roof, new vents, and new gutters, then he noticed my tool shed went up on it for a quick inspection and said it needed a new roof as well.
He informed me that I should expect the check within 10 days or so. When it arrived 10 days later, I called Michael, within two hours he was in my kitchen, we signed the check, he told me his crew would be here within fourteen days and 9:00 AM Monday morning fourteen days later the crew and roofing arrived, work began.
Michael was there throughout the whole process, in any job like this there are always minor issues or questions that arise when they did, I did a 360-degree spin if I was unable to see Michael, not a problem I had him on speed dial. Most issues he could solve on the phone if not, he was usually with me in minutes.
The bulk of the roofing was completed in one day, a crew of three stayed a couple of extra days to handle trim and clean up, NextGen General Contracting was also very responsive with any issues I had with the waste cleanup. I found Michael to be pleasant and honest to work with. read more
