She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. It showed genuine thoughtfulness and care--and that matters a lot to us. Great service, as always.

My technician, Sean, arrived on time and greeted my mom, who was accompanied by my brother. Sean was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing from start to finish as I was watching my security footage. Kinda nervous this spring on what pesky bugs will wake up when the temperatures will slowly warm up and wake them up. Right now, the backyard chickens are a great pest control to keep the roaches at bay, minus some rodents trying to steal some eggs. Pros: -Forms of payment still don't accept American Express, but I won't deduct a star from that. Cons: -None at the moment, for being a returning customer for 3+years, would be nice if there's some way of a discount for continued service. I'll wait another 1-2 years if there isn't some incentive for me to stay; otherwise, I may cancel as other cost of living necessities are rising. And having pest services is a luxury, and not a necessity to survive. With that said, my backyard chickens are doing a great job keeping the roaches at bay, and I can just provide my own bait trap to keep the rats away rather than paying $89 bi monthly. For almost $600/year, that's a lot of money. I'd rather cut my bill in half! I see some google reviews that others are paying $40 bi monthly, and here I am paying double.
