We used Clark for fumigation for termites last year. During the winter we discovered our chimney cap was badly damaged. Our neighbor told us he saw the termite people damaging the chimney as they were trying to yank the tent off. We contacted Clark about this (after getting several quotes for repairing the chimney) and they said not our responsibility because we signed a liability waiver (fine print in contract). They caused $3,000 worth of damage and charged us $3,000 for the fumigation. Beyond disappointed. Do not hire them because if they break something you are responsible for their carelessness. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

There initial treatment was extremely thorough. From spraying the eves to treating the lawn to setting up traps they addressed all my pest concerns. With the monthly program I never had anything other than seasonal changes that might cause a few critters to come back. But any re-treatments are performed no extra cost! I'm trying to cancel my service but I can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. I just sit on hold listening to crummy music.

There was this guy in his mid 20s around 7:30pm, came to my door trying to have me sign up for service when I told him I wasn't interested and I already have service. He became more aggressive and kept pushing and I told him no and he kept pushing again please tell your guys to back off when the resident declines. It doesn't mean to continue to harass them. I had to shut the door in his face. I doubt anyone would want to sign up being pressured. read more

I called last week for a quote for a monthly service becwe have a problem with cock roaches at my rental on elk Grove. They quoted me $250 for the first visit and then about $44 a month for the every 2 months service. They were on time and just did a good job spraying around and in the house. read more

Disappointing. My aunt had been using this service and she passed away recently. My cousin called to cancel the service moving forward, but they keep adding monthly charges but not coming by to provide any service, and making harassing phone calls to my cousin while she is dealing with grief. Don't get trapped into one of their service plans. Even dying won't let you escape from them. read more

So I am very anti-pest. Like the princess from the Pea and the Pod, I am very sensitive and react badly to any type of arthropod. I had a small bite on my leg and freaked out. I called Clark Pest Control and left a message. Less than an hour (or maybe it was just a few minutes?) I got a call back and Ross came out the very next day for a free consultation onsite. My methodical (over reactive?) idea of using sticky traps yielded a conclusive result that the cat had brought in FLEAS. I have since gotten her on the pill (Confortis rocks!) and the flea problem should dissipate. I had feared the worst as a frequent traveller: I thought I had bedbugs. I just have to say that the service from Clark's is top notch. Have used them in the past and the customer service was the same five star service that I had before. I had been with Clark for over 20 years and had to cancel service. I ask for a phone call before technician got to the house but never got one. I just asked for a couple of rat traps be left for the rat i saw in backyard but the tech did not leave them and the supervisor stated that they don't leave traps with out me being there because of pets. So I have a gate and there are not cats in my neighborhood. He still would not comply with my request. So I can just saved the bi-monthly fee and buy the traps and spray at Home depot. read more

Fantastic service! In trying to save a baby bird from my cat, it was quickly realized that the bird had some sort of infestation that caused it to leave its nest early. And the bugs were all over me within seconds too! Eeeek! Turns out it was bird mites which can be tough to deal with. Most companies won't remove the nest but since the birds were not in it, they removed the nest and treated it. Being that they do not usually address bird mite issues, the supervisor did research for the technician and then delivered a better product to ensure they were successful. Service was quick, friendly, and effective! This location has a great program, great service, and great prices to match! I'm soooo grateful for them making it work to come same day. Such a blessing to me to get that level of service! They've just acquired a new and loyal customer. read more

I called Clark to have someone come out to spray for ants. They will not come out unless you sign up for a $30/month contract. I explained that I was layed off from my job, getting by (barely) on unemployment. I can't sign a contract but still can pay for a one-time visit. They are not interested and it seems like discrimination to me. Anyone that can't commit to a year contract, Clark won't even come out. These companies are missing the boat. With the current ecomony there are hundreds of thousands of people like me that are out of work but still need some services. This could be the norm for the next few years. Clark should be ashamed that they won't help those of us that no longer have the means to pay a monthly contract fee. When I do start working again, I will NEVER use this company. read more

On my way to school today a Clark pest control driver tried to get over in my lane (I was in his blind spot) so I honked the horn to aware him where I was. He then proceeding to roll down his window and yell (you f**king punk) a minute or two later when he passed by me with his head out the window flipping me off. This was at approximately 7:35 AM on 10/25/16, he was a white guy with a long beard he was approaching highway 50. If this is the kinda employees Clark is hiring I recommend you never use their services. This was the most disrespectful thing anyone has ever done to me for no reason. All I did was honk my horn to avoid a wreck. Absolutely will NEVER use there services again unless there is disciplinary actions taken on this employee. read more

We get great service with Clark Pest Control. When our serviceman (Brett) comes, he always checks in with us to make sure we aren't having any insect problems. If we are, he'll treat it right away. We can call Clark Pest Control any time if we're having any pest problems and they'll send a service person over usually by the next day, sometimes even the same day. They are people of their word. I have been using Greg from Elk Grove for many years for my weed abatement. The first year he sprayed he said if you ever have any problems call me and I'll be out to take care of them. Many years later being true to his word if I ever had any green pop up he was out to take care of it. The result being many compliments on my property for looking so squared away. I just recently went with their pest control, again very accommodating. I also recommended them to my brother who lives in Fallon, Nevada and he is also very pleased with their customer satisfaction policy. We've been using Clark for years - never any issues. Now - twice this year for some reason ants have invaded. Resolved the first problem ASAP. And then late last night found ants in the pantry. Called Clark at 630a this morning about it and they put me on the schedule for 9am. Of course our regular Clark guy arrived early (as usual) and set bait and told me exactly what to look for going forward. He said five it 5 days and if it's doesn't correct itself just call. I called Clark Pest Control to get rid of some birds that were flying into my attic through vents that were missing the mess screening. Everybody I encounter on the phone was very friendly. I ended speaking with a man by the name of Joe, who was very knowledgeable about the different types of birds that he suspected were flying into my attic. He quoted me $150 to scare the birds out of the attic if needed (my wording; not his) and put mesh back over 2 attic openings. He actually ended up putting mesh over 4 attic openings but didn't charge extra. It was an all around good experience and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed. read more

Excellent service inside and out of home. We have used Clark for over a year and it has kept us comfortable from pests, like fleas. We have several pets and by maintaining flea control on the animals and Clark maintains the outside - it's great. If we have any concerns, Clark sends someone to take care of the problem asap.
