Absolutely disastrous loan experience with AK. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, it was clear that organization and communication were not his strong suits. Paperwork was constantly lost, deadlines were missed, and I was left in the dark for weeks at a time. It felt like pulling teeth to get any updates. To add insult to injury, the loan terms he initially presented were completely different from the final agreement. Hidden fees and unexpected costs popped up at the last minute, costing me thousands. When documents went missing , it was 'the system.' When the interest rate mysteriously changed (surprise!), it was 'market fluctuations.' When I was charged exorbitant fees for 'processing' delays they caused, it was 'standard procedure.' AK is a blackhole of accountability. Every time I tried to get a straight answer, I was met with a wall of deflection. He is a master of deflecting, and a grand wizard of shifting blame. In short, AK takes zero ownership of their mistakes. They operate in a world where they are never wrong, and the customer is always the problem. If you enjoy being gaslit and treated like your concerns are invalid, then by all means, take out a loan with AK. But if you value your money, run far, far away.
