We sold our mobile home in East Escondido on 10/3/17. We used Leah as we had purchased our new…read moremobile home in 2009. When we listed we had 2 offers in a couple of days. I did go through and paint several rooms plus I had 4" baseboards installed in several rooms. I also paid attention to the yard adding flowers in the flower boxes and containers of flowers around the yard. As I was trying to close escrow in Idaho at the same time and I was very stressed and cranky. Leah took it in stride especially since she had had a baby right before we listed! The only item that I would have preferred a heads up on before the buyer's inspection was that when one resales a mobile home you need to have the hot water heater strapped in a specific format and you need screens behind the vents in the siding. Other than that if you are looking to buy or sell a mobile home you can't beat Leah Cole @ Cole & Associates!

It will take them 3 days to get me the money. My best recommendation is if you're gonna cash in checks, just do it at the ATM machine in front of the branch. They are not about the mission. I'm very disappointed in Navy Federal. It seems like they are very lazy these days to get you physical cash, they just want to do everything electronically. One of the main reasons I moved away from USAA was because Navy Federal used to give one-on-one customer service and delivered in getting you your money. It seems like they don't wanna do that anymore. They really have devalued the customer service to what it use to be. That's coming from a person that's been banking with NF for 12+ years.
