Place is amazing. Fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. I had spoken to a couple of different employees in person and over the phone. It was great to hear the same answers to my questions regardless of who I spoke with. Everyone was on the same page. Pricing was also unbelievable. For the service I was provided I would have paid more. Justin ended up finalizing my repairs and estimate. He was extremely helpful and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't go anywhere else. read more

As always these young men are always willing to answer questions from a senior citizen who has a tendency to sometimes mess up her laptop. I've been a customer/fan of this business for several years and have never been disappointed in them or their work. read more

Larson Custom PC & Repair is the only PC repair business I will use in the future. After repeated calls to my usual "PC Repairman", I asked my landlord who he would recommend. As I am new to Whittier he gave me the directions to Larson Custom PC & Repair. I thought that I had "trouble shooted" my lap top repair to be attributed to a faulty power charger. I purchased a new one from them and tried it out. The lap top still would not work. I called them and they offered to do a free diagnostic and refund me for having purchased the power charger. I declined. I took my lap top to them. I was told it could be the jack on the lap top. They had it over night and turns out there was nothing wrong with my lap top and it was most likely my surge protector at home. Ryan explained that I could pick up at any time and there would be no charge. Imagine my surprise! They could have told me this, that or the other was wrong with it and how would I know? The three times I went into the store the staff knew me by name on my next visit. They explained things to me like a friend. At no time did I feel silly or uncared for as a customer. Forgive me I am horrible with names. However everyone I dealt with and there were at least three were kind, sincere and friendly. I am new loyal customer!!! read more

Believe it or not I own a computer shop myself. I want to tell you that these guys are awesome. Very nice, honest, and helpful. Their shop is very nice and neat. I've been there a few times myself. So why the review on another computer shop? Because I've had customers come in to my shop from other shops with complaints about being overpriced or treated rudely. So I wouldn't want you to go to one of those bad shops and have a bad impression on other small computer repair shops. I've never had anyone come from Larson Custom PC. What that tells me is that their customers are loyal and happy. So I'd like to recommend them as a place to go for repairs also. It is nice when computer companies can work with each other (instead of compete) to help their customers get what they need. So I'd like to thank Larson Custom PC for being the way they are and working together with other small businesses. read more

I was a WINDOWS 8 victim. That system has NEVER worked right despite efforts by Microsoft tech support, the GEEK squad, LENOVO tech support all of which took weeks. It sort-of-worked for awhille, then started balking again. Larson was recommended. They were immediately available, discussed with me the options, then installed their version. I am not tech savy enough to do everything correctly on Ryan's version, so I went back - laptop in hand - and they either walked me through the program, or kept it overnight to fine tune something. These are smart young men and I wish them every success. Courteous, patient, and nice to old(er) ladies. They stand behind their product and work. read more

Josiah and his team were very professional the whole way through. There was a minor hiccup along the way, but we found a resolution that worked for both of us. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

I acquired some data recovery services here and the reviews are true. I am exceedingly satisfied with the service that I received since they were able to quickly recover all of my valuable data for an extremely fair price. Last Friday I was using my smart phone and I had a app. on Yelp so I was looking for a computer repair to fix my old laptop and as a same time I was reading the reviews. So, I went to this place Next and drop off my laptop. Josiah S. was helping me and asking question. I told Josiah my computer is not cooperating right. So, I left my computer behind so the tex guy could look at it. Around 6p.m Josiah called me that my laptop need a brand new modem so the computer could speed up faster. I told him go ahead put a new one in my laptop. The next day that was Saturday morning at 8a.m I went to pick up my laptop. Matt who was there helping me and I told him I'm here to pick up my laptop and as a same time I ask him How's my Antivirus. Matt told me that the Antivirus was expired and I ask him can you please add a Antivirus in my laptop. I told him I'll pick it up noon. I was very pleased to have Steve who did my laptop to put the new modem and I'm glad that Matt add my new Antivirus inside my laptop and Josiah was friendly and honest person. The shop was very clean, organize good customer service and helpful. read more

My MacBook got drenched under our ceiling fire sprinkler system. The laptop initially panic beeped and then died. All I really wanted was any data that I hadn't backed up since four months prior. Tim greeted me with a smile, listened to my tale of woe, and made me feel confident that I'd get an accurate diagnosis. There was no charge for the damage assessment and Tim walked me through my options. He was able to recover all my data, transfer it to an external drive that I provided, confirm that the laptop couldn't be resuscitated, and all in just one day for $150. What a lifesaver! I hope I don't ever have to use these services again under the same circumstances but I'd go back in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them. read more

Wow, absolutely wonderful experience! Josiah clearly communicated every step of the way, was professional and knowledgeable about networking challenges related to a device-heavy, pc and mac household. We had previously had Time Warner and the BB Geek Squad out on several occasions and would continue to have connectivity issues. Thank you, Larson IT for getting it right the first time and at a reasonable cost! read more

These guys are great! My work computer has encountered multiple issues the past few months and they are quick to solve problems, transfer files and make sure all their work is done with excellent quality. Even for a simple swap of my hard drive they took the time to ensure there were no problems with software. read more

I had an old pc laptop that was basically dead sitting in my garage for years and my only concern was extracting any photos that were stuck in there, I didn't even have the main power cord. I stumbled upon Next IT Solutions and Josiah Schaffer and his team came to the rescue. The place was very clean and inviting. He ran the diagnostics in a timely manner and there were some hiccups with my hard drive due to the age and such so it took a bit more time. Josiah is very straight-forward and honest with recommendations, suggestions and options but ultimately gives you (the customer) the final say on what you would like to do with your electronics. His pricing is fair and reasonable and will do the best he can to make sure you leave satisfied. He appreciates that your time is limited. Also, if you have extra questions or can't figure out something, he doesn't mind helping or explaining it to you. Long story short, I was able to get many pictures that I thought were lost forever and through his suggestion, I ended up recycling the laptop because realistically, it wasn't worth much to re-sell and would be too much trouble and energy to even begin that process. I recommend Next IT Solutions to anyone that does have an issue with their computer device or isn't sure what they should do with their computer device. #YAY. read more

Ryan did a great job building my gaming computer. He had great suggestions, built it quickly, delivered it and set it up, all for a great price. Even though I live in Santa Clarita, he went out of his way to make it work for me. The system runs beautifully and any questions I've had he's answered promptly. I've got a high end system and it does everything it's supposed to. I highly recommend Ryan for a computer build or any computer issues. read more

It's hard to find a repair store for any type of service including trusting a place to care for a laptop/PC. I initially went to best buy geek squad and what a waste of time, unprofessional and a crazy software diagnostic fee. For my case, I had water damage that was causing computer issues and geek squad also said they need to ship it out and it will take a few weeks to determine a further diagnostic $$$$...ridiculous! I decided to look into reviews around the area and took an interest in Larson mainly from reviews and pictures. I spoke with Ryan over the phone, he was very professional & helpful. I arrived at his store a couple of minutes later and the store was more professional than best buy! Ryan checked me in and the good news is they do in-house diagnostics. I had to leave it overnight and felt very comfortable as I trusted this company and Ryan's service. The next day my laptop was ready as promised with a diagnostic report. I couldn't believe they offer free diagnostics!! I will definitely return and recommend using them. Thanks again Ryan!!! read more

I first came here when browsing on Yelp for a place to fix desktops. Although further from home, I decided to come to Next It and see what they could do for me. It was a great decision as they diagnosed my problem quickly the first time and I got my desktop back. Unfortunately, a problem persisted and I had to come back quickly. This time my problem was solved within 3 days and was understandable given how they have other customers ahead to take care of first. The prices were described accurately like previous reviews on here, and pretty reasonable. It was definitely worth the trip and staff was friendly. I think they care a lot more about the customer than many other places and they have good Yelp deals. This shows from how they didn't charge me for my diagnostic and only for labor of installing some hardware for me. Highly recommend and glad to know reviews were on point. Will come again for future diagnostics if necessary but let's hope not for some time! read more

Next IT Solutions & Computer Repair technicians receive "5 Stars", as they provided me with the greatest customer service/communication, professionalism & expertise. I was dealing with several problems; External drive (not working/backing up files) and desktop (loud humming sound, slow, etc, etc), it was nightmares!! Not knowing a reliable trust-worthy business to call or who I can "trust", my son-in-law had his desktop repaired at Next IT and was very satisfied & highly recommended. At that point, I knew it would be a place of business I would consider. I initially made a phone call and talked to Justin or Josiah and felt at ease & decided to take equipment to there office. Upon arrival & discussion with Justin, I received a text message within a few minutes with service # etc., Service rep, Matthew called me next day with findings & recommended solutions, he took the time to explain in detail and provided several options I can consider, which I much appreciated. Within a few days, Matthew called and shared external drive and desktop repairs were completed, ready for pick-up. As I picked-up computer, Steven greeted us, he took the time to explain computer plus I had a question regarding ICloud, he took the time to answer my questions. As I left Next IT Solutions for a 45 minute drive home, it didn't matter, I was happy, my computer was working and coming home!! Plus I received a follow-up call from Steven & Josiah to make sure all is good. I give props to Matthew (thank you, you did a great job!!), Justin, Steven, Josiah & if I missed another tech, this includes you as well. Thank you all for your expertise in solving computer issues. I highly recommend Next IT Solutions & Computer Repair!! read more

Well my husbands laptop starting clicking and that was followed my smoke and dust coming out of the vents. But we didn't want to give up on it so soon without having someone look at it. I searched on Yelp and came across these guys and got a prompt response back from my inquiry and decided to take it in. I dropped the laptop off at around 10am and spoke with Justin and he handled my laptop and told me he'd give me a call later that day with a diagnosis. I got a call about 4pm and the diagnosis was no good. My laptop was unfortunately fried and getting a new one was better than replacing an entire motherboard. The diagnosis was free and if something minor had been wrong I'm sure these guys would have been great! I love the fact that they have an actual store front, rather than just "some guys house" and the location is great and easy to get to! We'll be taking any of our future pc's there for sure! Thanks Justin! read more

Great place to get your computer fixed. Brought it my laptop on a Monday around 1045ish, heard back from them within 3 hours with their diagnosis of my computer. Was able to fix and accommodate to my requests on the laptop within a day. Justin and Josiah are super friendly and very helpful! The 10% off for checking into their shop on yelp and the 30$ for 50$ worth of service is a good deal! Thats what made me come into their shop over any other Computer repair shops. FREE DIAGNOSIS, YELP COUPONS, AND FAST TURNAROUNDS is what makes this shop great. Will come back to this store to fix my computers when needed. read more

My laptop was acting weird, shutting off by itself a couple times and not being able to connect to sites. I tried everything to fix it but I was at my wits end and didn't know what else to do, so I brought it in to these guys. The store is very clean and neat. The employees are also very professional and friendly. They do care about their customers like their website says they do, everything is great about this place. I went in to get a free diagnosis because the DVD drive on my laptop is broken, and my computer was diagnosed and I was quoted a price very quickly - within 24 hours. I will definitely come back as soon as possible to get my computer fixed, and will continue coming back to this store anytime in the future when I need to have my computer looked at and fixed. I knew a friend of Next IT and took my desktop and laptop in for a tuneup and USB ports that did not work. Matt did a really great job.

I wasn't sure who I should use to get our iMac fixed. I called a few computer repair companies in the area and ended up choosing Next IT. Glad I did. Since they didn't charge for the diagnosis. That was what ultimately got me to go with them). I dropped off our computer and they communicated a few days later what the problem was and then a few days later it was fixed (We weren't in a hurry). We paid for it (which we thought was very reasonable) & brought it home. The next day it was doing basically the same thing, so I called them, they said bring it back. I was skeptical, but I brought it back. In a day or 2 it was ready to go. Brought it home again and it works awesome and no there were no extra charges. I would recommend them and will use them again. read more

Our computer had been having issues for a while. It would just shut down and have a hard time starting up again. I sent a message through Yelp to Next IT and got a reply very quickly. I brought computer in August 4th, Thursday morning about 10. They told me they would do a free exam and contact me. Within a few hours they told me what the problem is and what it would cost, which seemed reasonable to me. By Friday August 5th my computer was ready, and now it is working great. All the employees here are very professional and it is a very nice office. I am pleased and highly recommend Next IT! read more

Justin and Josiah run a top notch, honest shop. I know first hand because I was an employee of theirs. I have worked in the IT sector for roughly 6 years and in that time I have been employed in school districts, large corporations, repair shops, and have even run my own business. I have been around long enough to see IT companies only in business to make a quick buck and I can tell you NEXT IT is in it for the long haul, they deeply care about their customers. Justin, Josiah and Matt are all passionate, honest and smart individuals who take pride in solving your technical issues. They provide great services and for a reasonable price. One thing customers should note is that they offer free diagnostics, which is something more shops should do but don't. Free diagnostics means they will thoroughly test every aspect of your computer, let you know what is wrong with it and give you a quote so you can decide if you want to move forward to repair the computer or not. All in all I would recommend this shop to any friend or business owner who is looking for an IT solutions company. I recently left the IT field to focus on my music career but if I were still in IT I definitely would have stayed with NEXT and grown with this great company. read more
