He even offered me a full refund because i was unsatisfied with my experiences here. Next IT was recommended to me by a good friend who has had many hard drives repaired by them. My hard drive fell off of my coffee table and stopped working, so I took it in. Justin was extremely kind and professional, and called back with a diagnosis the next morning. Unfortunately, my hard drive needed to be sent to a clean room, which was pricey and I wasn't ready to pay for at the time. They never pressured me and were happy to return my hard drive to me without me paying a penny. I'll definitely be returning with any future data loss problems. read more

Next IT did a great job with my laptop. The LCD screen went bad so all I had was a black screen. It took awhile because the part took longer to get than expected but as soon the part arrived at the shop, my laptop was fixed. I have never replaced an LCD screen so I don't know if the price I paid was reasonable. read more

This is the second time I have had my pc repaired and reset. I took it in before closing one day and two days later got a call telling me what they found and what they recommend I allow them to do. Previously, I had taken my pc's to best buy and it was always a couple weeks before they even contacted me, ridiculous waiting time, service and cost Not so at Next IT. They run the shop responsibly, taking notes on all the problems you have, efficiently, calling with the initial diagnosis and any up dates. My pc was done in a few days, at less than quoted, everything seems to be working great and they set it up with their lay out(the way they have theirs set up) and I am very happy with the work they did and the price I paid. If I could give them more stars, I would! These guys run a tight ship!! Starts with free diagnostics, even if you don't approve their suggested repairs. I had a dead fish in the water, the dreaded blue screen. All our companies billing, job related data, profit sharing and HR records...about to be lost inside this black box. Bart greeted me and explained what would be happening next. I was assigned a ticket # and off I went. Next day I stopped by to see how the testing was going(they were expected to call me with results but I was antsy, typical pain in the "keester" customer) didn't have my ticket # handy and my memory gave the wrong #...but Tim couldn't of been more happy to help me. All the guys there are very professional and very polite and HONEST. No wonder they have been in business for more than a second. Excellent customer service is a deal breaker for me. One small communication problem, but the way it was handled and presented to me made this problem become a solution and I have absolutely no doubt in my mind I will hire them ANY time I have the need - sorry guys but I do hope that isn't too often! I inquired about contract IT services...get this deal...175.00/hr if you don't hire them on a retainer, he quoted me a price to hire them on a retainer but not necessary for my needs, OR pre-buy 10 hours of tech support for 100.00 and the hours NEVER expire! SOLD! Thanks for making my life go on right where it left off. No surprises, no outrageous charges. What I paid was more than acceptable for the start up recovery, and you can't put a price tag on superior customer service. There are still good honest people in this world! read more

Response time was great...the services were not. First of all, I had problems as soon as I turned on the PC he built me. Turns out he didn't apply the thermal paste to the heat sink correctly...or at all! How could a "professional" miss such a vital and obvious part of the build process? Then he charged me more to remove a bogus virus when the problem was the heat sink all along. I could have built the damned thing myself for way less grief! Buyer beware! read more
