I took in my late 2011 MacBook Pro because it was running slow. Everyone here is super nice and answered all my questions. They have a number you can call and another number you can use to text which was way more convenient for me. If I have any more MacBook issues, I will definitely come back read more

I'd been looking to upgrade my iMac's hard drive for a while and realized that while I could do it, it'd take a day or so and I might screw it up. That's where Next IT comes in. It's tough to find good people who can work on Macs and aren't pushing you to do something or buy something you don't want. They worked with me to get that larger hard drive in and back within a reasonable time frame. And dealing with Justin, he shows he cares. I will be recommending Next IT to people who need work done on their computers. read more

Great service and fast feedback! They recovered 150 GB on my hard drive in two days. I appreciate their service and they responded to my quote request faster than the other IT services I have messaged and provided a more reasonable quote as well. Would recommend! read more

I'm completely, and utterly computer illiterate...and that causes major frustration when something just isn't right!! The NEXT IT crew, made dealing with my dinosaur of a laptop a lil less painless!! I greatly appreciate their focus to detail, integrity and communication. They were and continue to be overly patient with this OLD LADY!! THERE's NO WHERE ELSE to GET the HELP YOU NEED....they EXECUTE, and the turnaround time is minuscule!!! TIGHT SQUEEZED HUGS and KISSES to ALL YOU GENTS!! read more

Had to drop off my Alienware Aurora ALX and Dell Precision T5500 for some repairs. Both were acting buggy and freezing. The techs at NextIT pinpointed the problem and fixed it right away. Couldn't be happier! They even picked up and dropped off my computer free of charge when I couldn't get the speakers to work after the repair - AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

If you're looking for a solid place to take your computer or electronics to get fixed you're definitely in the right place. I don't know about you but I'm super picky where I take my tech stuff because I really don't know anything about them and I'm nervous that someone will take advantage of that and mess my system up more or something just so that I have to keep coming back to them. Thankfully I don't have to worry about that anymore though! These guys are very professional, knowledgable, and most importantly honest business men. They work very quickly but don't skimp out on giving you quality service. Definitely recommend! read more

Took my Mac desktop there a month ago and it is working great now. I was just going to get rid of it but glad I didn't. In fact I honestly hated the Mac and would only use PC, now I use my Mac to do my doctoral work and one of my online classes and it's quite frankly pretty awesome. I still occasionally contact them with little questions here and there and they are always so polite and professional. They helped me carry the Mac off the car which I thought was so sweet. It is pricey but it would have been way more expensive to replace Mac. Great find for me. read more

Very professional well mannered business . I heard great things about this place , hope to do more business with them later In the future

So I initially messaged them using the Yelp message system and he was very responsive. When I called Josiah, he was very professional and attentive in getting my price quote for a custom build in a timely manner. The quote itself was very complete and high level - I was not expecting that. He was respectful, listened well & did not interrupt. They know how to treat a customer. Although I did not end up buying from there, I will definitely come back should I need any service. read more

Found this place on yelp and decided to check it out after reading reviews and also because I like supporting small businesses. All the staff is very friendly and professional. They repaired my computer very fast and notified me right away. I had a question about my receipt /payment and they were very kind and adjusted the amount over the phone. I will return in the future as needed. read more

First things First - Amazing customer service. From the start when I messaged them through yelp all the way through dropping off my PC and speaking to them about repairs, the customer service has been on point. After speaking with Justin over yelp he let me know I could drop my PC off at anytime and it was a free diagnostic. I headed right on over since they are around the corner from my house and spoke with Josiah. As soon as I walked in the door Josiah jumped right up from whatever he was working on and greeted me with a smile. I explained to him my issue with what I believe was an overheating problem and a couple of more issues I wanted addressed. He wrote down all of my concerns and I even gave them an old hard drive from 8+years ago and asked them if they could transfer the data on that too and they obliged. Josiah let me know what they would be doing and the process for the diagnostic and possible repair. I'm no longer a real "techie" like I used to be back in the day and the way Josiah explained it to me was very simple that anyone can understand whether you know computers or not. They called me a couple of days later and gave me the rundown of all the issues with my computer. They are very knowledgeable and offer a lot of services but were not pushy at all. Justin told me straight what would need to be repaired what I could wait on if I needed. I decide to have them repair everything since the quality of service I had received was impeccable and know the work will be the same. I have yet to pick up my PC because they had to order a part I requested to be replaced which im desperately hoping comes in today so I can get my PC back but their turn-around is very quick in my experience so far with their time estimates. Thank you Next-IT and Ill update if anything changes but im sure it will be perfect! P.S I run a medium sized graphics company with extensive computer use throughout our stores and I will be using these guys for future services most definitely! read more

Appreciated the great work that they were able to do in saving my family's precious memories. I had a Seagate External Hard Drive that went to Heaven and I was not able to extract the 15 years of photos and files that I had saved on it. Seeing as my oldest child is turning 14, I was distraught over losing those baby videos and memories of my kids growing up. I scoured Yelp! to find a hero and thankfully, found NEXT IT. The process was a little longer than expected- although my expectations weren't rooted anywhere as I'd never had to deal with this before. It took between 3-6 days to get my data pulled off of my hard drive and between 2-3 days to get the data inputted into my new hard drive. All the while the great employees checked in with me to let me know how long the process would take, when it was completed and when the new drive would be completed with the data transfer. They were pretty reasonable regarding pricing- as far as I know- as I've never had to pay for this service before- and they gave me a Yelp! check-in discount. :) Thanks for the great customer service, NEXT IT! read more

Honest and Professional. No charge to diagnose the problem. Most places charge a fee. Had a great, easy experience with Next IT. Needed some help with my dead MacBook Pro. I came in, they pulled out the hard drive, told me come back after I send the MacBook to Apple for repairs, and so I did. Came back two months, they had my record on file, no hidden fees or anything in regards to putting the hard drive back in, boom. Done. Great customer service, great organization and record keeping. Highly recommend Next IT solutions for your computer woes. read more

there was miscomunication but they fixed that so im fine but it shouldnt have happened. I had a bad experience and the owner called me and helped me out and did what he could. He even offered me a full refund because i was unsatisfied with my experiences here.
