To say these guys know their stuff is an understatement. I brought in a drive which had been wiped and reformatted and they were still able to recover the data. Their cost was extremely fair. They explained everything before anything was done. No surprise charges after the work was completed. I would definitely go back to them again. read more

They fixed my old Mac Pro desktop quickly and with a fair price. Will def go back when it starts acting up again. Thanks guys!

Very nice and helpful staff. Took my computer here after the psu shot sparks and they helped me very good. I will diffently be coming here again but hopefully not for a long long time ;-) read more

Ryan took GREAT care of me and my 2009 MacBook Pro. I first took it to him to upgrade my RAM and he got it done super fast. A few months later I was having problems with the display and he did a free diagnostic. Once he found out what was wrong he answered all my questions and helped counsel me on what my best course of action would be considering what the computer needed and what I could afford. I ended up buying a new MacBook and he transferred everything over and factory restored the old machine easily. He is my computer guy! read more

Ryan and Josiah are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I took my desktop in to them after reading their Yelp reviews, because my power button was not working properly and I was experiencing a few glitches. They did a complete tune-up and called to say the power button problem had also been resolved. They could have given me some song and dance and charged me more but they were honest and charged me only for the tune-up ($40). I would highly recommend Larson Computer PC & Repair to anyone who needs quality computer repair service at a fair price. They also build custom computers. read more

I brought a 2008 MacBook for clean up these guys are awesome and superior they not only cleaned up my macbook but they added two sticks of memory to it free of charge awesome service I highly recommend anybody who needs computer work or a new computer to go to this place read more

Found Larson through a Groupon. I didn't know they existed before that and I'm so grateful I now have a neighborhood IT place. Took in my at-least-8-yr-old laptop and it's now like a new computer. I can't stand Best Buy more than I can even describe - the corporation has a sense of entitlement that is mind boggling in it's arrogance. Larson is fast, courteous, trustworthy, reasonably priced and reliable - the anti-Best Buy. I'm very happy. Thanks! read more

Justin is the man!! Very welcoming! Listened to my story about my horrible Mac book service experience. Told me he would take care of it and that's what he is doing.. Great customer service there and very friendly. Heavy traffic on la habra and beach but clean environment inside parking structure and building. read more

I always try to support local business avoiding big chains and give my $$ to the local guys. I went for a screen replacement. However, there was some complications in the availability of the screen for my particular model. The owner, Josiah, hearing of my dissatisfaction and inconvenience went out of his way to ensure my happiness. I highly recommend this business and will be giving them my business in the future. read more

My nearly brand new laptops hard drive crashed. They replaced it and backed up my old hard drive to the new one for a very reasonable price. Also checked out my slow iPad for free. Nothing was wrong with it, it's just old. They didn't try to sell me some crazy service on it. I'll definitely go back! read more

I went here to repair my computer a few months back. The staffs were nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable. My computer got fixed in time and everything was in working order. Very reliable and nice service. read more

So glad a friend recommended Larson IT! Hubby set up my brand new laptop and ran into problems converting from IMAP to PST; corrupt email; duplicate doc/photo files all over the place, too. A mess that brought my productivity to a screeching halt - and started pulling my hair out in frustration. Josiah & the gang resolved all the problems in just a couple of days. Larson IT will definitely get my business and hearty recommendation to any/all who need IT help. read more

Once again, I'm majorly impressed by Next It Solutions and computer repair! Make sure to ask for Josiah when you come in, he always gives the best computer advice and he is looking for ways to give you a discount. Which really helps me because I just graduated from college and to pay money for it services or computer repair is in no way shape or form part of my monthly budget. I barely was even able to afford to buy this MacBook in the first place let alone pay someone a thousand a year to repair, so thank you Josiah! I gave them a call for my MacBook pro because it was beginning to act up again, they answered immediately and even let me get $20 off even though I've already used that coupon before! I drove out from Yorba Linda with my MacBook and when I arrived there a tech already greeted me by my name as if I was family. I always find that fun when you go to a computer store and they know your name, it makes me feel protected and secure. In between coming here this time and last time I went to another place to fix my laptop and I got charged without it even being fixed, so you can believe me when I say these guys are literally the best in town. I would drive out from Yorba Linda any day just to get the wisdom that they have. The highlights: As soon as I came to the store they gave me a ticket number that sent directly to my cell phone. After they started my computer repair they ended up calling me within 2 hours and that is super-fast for apple repairs. The apple store sometimes takes over a day just to call me, and I've been to places that take over a week just to get me my answer. Beyond that other stores charged me for a diagnostic fee and that sometimes ran up towards about $150 just for that and then they charged me for the repair. How insane is that, I didn't even spend that much to by my Microsoft office. Anyways sorry for ranting, I just love these guys I won't get my computer repair work done anywhere else and I especially won't get any work done on my MacBook because I spent so much for that device. Another highlight was that I had a piece of malware (they told me it was a form of a virus) and they even went ahead and removed that for free. I would recommend visiting these guys. I went to see if they could fix the issues I was having with my usb ports, they we're able to find out the problem while i was there and explained what needed to be done. The boards needed replacement and said it could take up to at least five days. They had fixed it in about three days. Faster than i thought and hoped for. Everything is running 100%. Pricing was reasonable ( just a couple hundred), I can only compare to staples which over charges on many computer fixes especially in Caifornia. So if your're having computer issues, I say visit these guys, very helpful, very kind and very efficient. Finally this part is probably the best, they added some remote support software to my desktop. Usually I wouldn't want any new programs added because my computer already goes pretty slow. Another great tip: If you get to the office before 11am they have like 3 guys working there and you never have to wait in line. I found that when I come a little bit after 11am I have to stand in line and wait to get my computer checkedin. If you can try to make it there before that time I would really recommend that. That's pretty much all I have to say about Next IT solutions & computer repair. These are going to be my computer guys till the day I go away! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

My 7 year old MacBook Pro was on its way out. It was overheating, very noisy, and not turning on properly. When my child was dying, I knew I had to immediately get it fixed and I found these guys. I met Josiah who is a very nice person and straight forward. He assured me that they were going to work hard to figure out the problem. I got multiple check-in calls by Josiah and Matt, where they updated me on the progress of my computer. Unfortunately, my computer was a goner. I just knew it was time and I was holding on to the hopes that it might be fixed, but they assured me that it was officially a dead computer. They did everything in their power to get it back and I really appreciate them for that. With my new computer bought, if I have any problems with it, there is no doubt that I will be going to these guys. They have a great level of professionalism and patience that is hard to find. I 100% recommend these guys! read more

Larson has saved my laptop computer TWICE now!!! They have removed malware and added great software to protect me in the future. My computer was running like new! Then, when it got full, I was about to dump it and go for a brand new mac, they educated me on how mac capacity is only so high and that they can add huge amount of memory hard drive for me at a fraction of what a standard small mac would even cost. I was so happy with the end result and my machine is running so smooth and it fits everything i want on it!!! I highly recommend them. They warrant their work and are really easy to talk to and get a hold of. THANKS YOU GUYS! read more

NextIT does a great job at helping our small business! They helped us set up a server, as well as continuous monitoring for our server too. They have a very fast response time whenever we need technical help, and if they can't help us on the phone and they have to roll a tech, the tech arrives quickly and stays until the problem is completely fixed. They explain what they are doing and why it will help, so we aren't left wondering what was done (like we were in the past with other companies!). Their ability to also help us troubleshoot on the phone without having to roll a tech to our site every time is wonderful and convenient too. Chris and Justin are very informed (shout out to those two employees as they seem to help our company every time we need help!), so we feel comfortable calling them for even small questions. read more

When my hard drive failed on my Macbook Pro, I knew just the place to go. Josiah and Ryan were incredibly knowledgable and helpful! I do not know a lot about computers but they were able to explain to me what happened and even give me some tips to prevent my computer from crashing in the future. They diagnosed my computer for free and by the end of the day I was contacted with what was wrong with it. My computer was returned to me in great time and in perfect condition, most importantly my hard drive was replaced and they were able to recover 99.9% of my data, which was surprising to me because when my last computer failed the Apple Store was not able to recover nearly that much of my data. The service I received was absolutely excellent, I would definitely recommend this shop and bring any of my devices back for maintenance!! read more

My computer had a blue screen and the games I had on my computer were no longer running. Josiah and Justin were really good to me, theydid a free diagnostic within a couple hours which I really appreciated. They keep in touch with you while they work on your computer (via email/phone)Then they fixed my computer and answered all the pc related questions I had. Really classy guys who know their stuff. Not to mention the price was very fair! I will be going to these guys the next time I have any issue. Thanks so much NEXT. read more

Deceiving. Was told our battery exploded and damaged the logic board in my computer. $650 to fix and replace it all. Had my friend who works as an IT take a second look and found the logic board intact and the battery only needed replacing. The battery costs $40 off amazon. We would've paid $600+ more. Either this company is incompetent and could not diagnosis it correctly, or they were trying to make money off of us. I'm assuming others here rating them with 5 stars didn't know any better and trusted their recommendations. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them, even though we have recommended them to others in the past, we will be updating them on our experience. read more

I have been to many computer operations, this one is the best. They do free diagnostic but one thing that they do that I really like is that they do not talk down to you, and they show you what operation is necessary in case an issue occurs. You are a fool to go anywhere else. The other thing is their prices are very very competitive. read more
