Oustanding! My video card fan was making a very loud noise and I just didn't have time to replace it myself. I called Next IT and brought it in for a replacement. They had it ready for me the same day and it's a quiet as a mouse again! Thank you to Tim and Bart who took care if it! read more

The hard drive in my iMac crashed, and after doing some research of my own to try and replace it I decided I had better take it to someone who knew what they were doing. Next IT definitely knew what they were doing as they not only replaced the hard drive but they reinstalled all the needed software to get my iMac back to running in pristine condition. The office was clean and well organized with professional staff that knew what they were doing. They provided amazing customer service as they not only gave me several follow up calls but they even finished it quicker than they had expected. I would absolutely recommend them for any and all IT services. read more

This is a review that's long overdue. A huge thank you (again) to Next IT! My MacBook Pro crashed two summers ago and thanks to Next IT, I didn't have to fork out a bunch of money to get it fixed through Apple. The guys here were able to figure out what was wrong with my computer, replace the hard drive, and retrieve some of the information I had lost. Unfortunately, I didn't get everything back (my fault for not backing up) but they did recommend a few good brands of external hardrives. These guys are awesome!! read more

I was having a hard time with my old desktop computer, it's at least 10 years old and it's been getting slower and slower. The guys at Next IT brought it back to life. I'm thankful they were able to resuscitate it, and save all of the data on it. Thanks! read more

Purchased a PC which required an Ethernet cable and wasn't WiFi compatible. Spoke with Nick over the phone to have a WiFi detector installed. He was super friendly and professional demeanor. Told me to bring the PC right away. From beginning to end the whole process was smooth and easy. The customer service here is great and they can tell they really love what they're doing. Keep up the great work guys! And thanks again. read more

Good place to come! Came here due to cracked screen on my pc and they give you free quotes and call you in 2 days to see if there's anything wrong. After 2 days you get a phone call and tell you whats wrong and if your on budget they well look for parts around your budget as well which is always a plus. Definitely recommend. read more

UPDATE: 07/26/17 As I posted previously, Justin changed my mind about doing business with Next IT Solutions. Justin answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns regarding parts and manufacturers. I asked for a quote on a custom PC build which he delivered promptly. After approving the quote the parts were ordered and the PC was built in a timely manner. I was able to test out the PC with Josiah (who's been awesome) when I went to pick it up. I've had it for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I originally ordered it for gaming, however the other reason I wanted a beefier build was to work with the Adobe Suite (specifically video editing and graphics) and I'm really happy with this build and their service which has proven to be high standard as they've followed up with me on more than one occasion regarding the work they did. I'm very happy for the experience because now I have a reliable place for all my computer needs. Highly recommended! UPDATE: 07/03/14 I was contacted by Justin on Saturday 07/01/17 and we spoke the following day (Sunday 07/02/17). He expressed his most sincerest apologies and assured me that this is not how they do business. He did make me an offer that was very generous to make things right and that's why I've changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars. This has also changed my mind about doing business with them in the future. Will update this review when I do. After seeing pages and pages of 5 star reviews I was really hopeful that this business could help me out. I always prefer to use small businesses over the big box stores because I consider it giving them an opportunity to thrive. They also tend to have better service, quicker turnaround times, and you can always speak to a live person. Unfortunately, my experience with them was lacking. On Thursday 06/29/17 I called to get some info regarding a cracked screen on my laptop. I checked them out against their competitors. After careful consideration and all the 5 star reviews, I was sold. I headed down there and dropped off my laptop at approximately 11:20AM. I was told by Justin to expect to hear back same day for a quote on the repair and estimated lead time. I also asked him for an estimate on storage and RAM upgrades which he said he would get along with the screen replacement estimate. It got late in the day and saw that they close at 7PM, so I called at 6:42PM to get status and was told by someone else that Justin would call me around noon on Friday 06/30/17 (the next day). Friday came and went without a call or email. I left it alone figuring they must have a lot of clients to work with and that they'll get to me as soon as they can, but still couldn't help but feel irritated that they couldn't at least shoot an email or make a quick phone call to tell me they were still working on quoting it. Still hadn't heard anything by Saturday 07/01/17. At 2:38PM I called and was told by Steve that Justin wasn't in but had the info in his email. He said he would get a hold of Justin so he could pull that info for me to give a quote. A little over an hour passed and thought that was more than enough time for him to get a hold of Justin. I called back and Steve answered again and told me he couldn't get a hold of Justin but that the info was in Justin's email. That's when I decided that they had multiple opportunities and didn't deserve another. To be honest I was a little upset so I ended the call promptly after informing Steve that I would pick up the laptop on Monday and taking my business elsewhere. Not sure if he wanted to say something to salvage the situation or just say bye but I hung up while Steve was saying something. My intention was not to hang up on him while he was speaking but after saying bye I went for the hangup button, so my apologies if he thought my intention was to punctuate my aggravation by hanging up on him. I understand that things can get backed up, which is why I gave ample time just to receive a quote. With that said, the fact that I was the one having to reach out to get status is what did it for me. Had I not been following up, when would I have heard back? A less than 1 minute courtesy call and I would have given them a chance but I didn't receive even that. If they can't be trusted to handle a petty screen replacement quote, then I can't trust them to handle the actual screen replacement. Maybe their's more to it that I don't know about since computer repair and such isn't in my wheelhouse, but 3 days should be more than enough time for an estimate of repair. Other places had quoted me a 3-4 day lead time after quoting same day (this includes Saturday). Had I taken it to one of the other places I called, it would have been more than likely that I would be picking up my laptop repaired by Monday instead of having to pick it up to take it else where. read more

NextIT is Amazing! The best IT company around by far! They built multiple custom PC's and a new server for my office. They were wonderful to work with through the entire process and made the transition from the old system to the new system seamless. These guys are fast, miracle workers who charge a very reasonable price! Had milk spill into the ports of my Dell Inspiron and sent it in to Dell only to be told I've lost all my data and I need a new motherboard and 4 other pieces totaling over $700, and that's WITH warranty. I declined their oh so generous offer and had it shipped back to me. I took the laptop to Next IT and within 24 hours they not only restored my laptop AND my data, they did it at only a fraction of Dell's cost. I will be bringing any future computer issues to them. I'll be the first to admit I am computer/ router illiterate, so when my wifi suddenly stopped working, I did the only thing I could think of... unplugged everything and plugged it all back in again. Nope. Still didn't work. Based on the Yelp reviews i sent out a message to Next It. I was given an immediate quote and set up an appointment for the following day. Jason came out and fixed the wifi within 10 minutes!! And then he was super helpful in giving me insight on what to do in case my wifi should happen to go out again. He even took the extra time to help me garner a plan for faster wifi and computer service. I will definitely be using this company again! Thank you Next It....and a special thanks to Jason! read more

Dropped off my MacBook Air. Professional service and knowledgeable. Fast service. Would definitely recommend.

Next IT just performed a data recovery on my dead portable backup drive and did a terrific job, addressed all my concerns and delivered on time. I called several places for quotes beforehand and their price was just right. Five stars for the quality of their work and customer service. Over the course of the recovery, I dealt with Justin, Matt, Stephen and Josiah - all knowledgeable and responsive. read more

I am beyond happy for the service I got from Next IT Solutions. I first called in to see if they would service my chromebook that was not hooking up to any WiFi after accidentally dropping water on it. Over the phone I was told they don't usually service computers like mine, but that they would be willing to check it out and do a diagnostics. Within a day or two I got a call and was asked to approve a cleaning which was what was suggested to repair the problem. When I picked up my computer, the chromebook was connected to their internet, but when I got home the same problem persisted. I quickly emailed Brittany and she promptly responded and told me I could bring it in again free of charge because of warranty. Brought it back in and within days they found the problem, fixed it and got it back. I haven't had a problem since! I really didn't think my computer was fixable, so being able to have it serviced, fixed and only $80ish dollars was the best. Def recommend this place! The people here are nice! Brittany was very helpful! read more

Good at keeping you updated about the progress of the computer. Good at giving balanced and rounded advice (They don't push expensive options on you). They interact well with customers. They were patient with me taking a long time to decide on which rout I was to take in fixing the screen of my Macbook Pro. I liked the music that was playing at the front desk. The following is a summary of the interaction between me and Next IT if you are interested: The Backlight on my computer screen had gone out. They ordered a new display to replace the faulty one and found out that the problem was not in the screen, but in the motherboard. I decided not to replace the motherboard and instead to buy a new computer or get an external display. After all their help I didn't have to pay for the screen they ordered or for their time working on the computer, finding out the exact problem! I appreciate their help immensely. read more

Excellent customer service and follow up. My MacBook battery was changed, but it did not charged. I went back and I had not trouble getting a replacement (still under warranty). read more

I took my computer here to get checked out because it started to lag when I started playing games. I really believed that a part had to be replaced and was ready to spend a good amount of money to fix my computer. I dropped it off and they explained how they will run a free diagnostic on the computer to find what was wrong. After a day, I get a call back that all the parts were in good working order and they suggested that I reinstall the gaming program or restore the computer (only use this computer for gaming so I had no files on it). I went to pick it up and when I got home, my games randomly started working perfectly with no lag. I'm not sure if they did anything to the computer but I'm glad my computer is working fine again. These guys are HONEST and have great customer service. Thanks guys. read more

Dropped my PC of with these guys yesterday. Heard back today. Due to install issues from Windows10 upgrade. Super grateful for the free diagnostic. Found that even though I disk clean and defragment myself the PC still needed a deeper tune-up and O.S. optimization. It also appears that Windows overlooked upgrading and properly installing the drivers. These folks also are going to configure my PC with their own method of malware protection. Now for price, with those three services in looking at close to $200, before any of the discount you can earn checking in or using Yelp. That is a little more than I was hoping for. However that's no different or even cheaper than what I would have paid if I took it to Best Buy or Staples(where I used to work). Plus amazing turn-around. My machine will be ready for pick-up today. That's amazing turn-around, less than 24hours.Thank you Jeremy and Justin. I was already beginning to get the shakes with out my games. Brought my computer back again since my original Gpu died they diagnosed it lightning fast. I dropped the newly delivered 1050 Ti off Saturday night and they were able to install the new card by noon Monday. Plus a couple months ago after my original hard-drive died, got a replacement and they installed it uber fast. As always, the guys at Next IT are so easy and fun to talk with. As a gamer and fellow Star Wars fanboy i appreciate having people i can trust to put my mind at ease when i have to leave my rig with somewhere. Plus i always enjoy coming down here and chatting with these guys either about any new services i need or you know just geek stuff. read more

I am actually writing this review about 2 months after they fixed my laptop. Long story short I messed up some registry settings for the OS on my laptop and took it in. I made it clear to them what the problem was and that I only needed them to fix the issue. They bypassed the usual diagnostic process they usually take and that saved a lot of time on getting my laptop fixed. I brought it in and got my laptop back within 1 day. I was very happy with the professionalism and speedy service! read more

I brought in a laptop that took an unfortunate dive off the dining room table primarily for data recovery and repair. In a nutshell: this is a great place to get a minor computer issue repaired, but go somewhere else for data recovery. The staff is friendly and approachable, but expect it to take longer than you are quoted and you may have to follow-up with them multiple times to get status on what's going on because they don't follow-up. The GOOD: Friendly associates who don't talk down to you if you're not familiar with computers. I've run across my fair share of IT professionals who are rude, impatient, and shouldn't be allowed near the public. Not these guys. Their associates didn't make me feel dumb for asking obvious questions. They did a good job of repairing my laptop with a new hard drive, performed all the windows updates and even went the extra mile to install a piece of freeware that would keep the pesky Windows 10 auto-update from happening since my wireless card had compatibility issues. The NOT-SO-GOOD: I had to call multiple times to get status on the ticket, and both the laptop hard drive replacement and the data recovery took longer than I was quoted. They tend to get backed up and don't follow up with you if it's taking longer than they told you at drop off. It took a week to get my hard drive swapped (I was quoted just a day or two), and nearly a month to get the hard drive back from their clean room for data recovery (I was quoted 1-2 weeks). My particular data recovery was more complicated than they could do in-house, so they had to out-source to a clean room service. Originally I was told by the tech to expect it to cost between $400 to $900, with $1400 being the most expensive he'd ever seen. Mine was quoted at $1488, after paying a $50 non refundable diagnostic fee the third party required -- ouch. Upon further investigation, this is on the pricey side for this kind of service - but that's my fault for not shopping it beforehand. Ultimately I had photos of my kids I wanted back and didn't have backed up, so I agreed and paid half up front and was told it would take 1-2 weeks and was assured that they'd be able to get the data back. Follow-up and communication was lacking in the front end and back end. Three weeks went by and I called for status (on a Monday), and the tech couldn't explain why it was taking so long but offered to call back with an update. No one called me back. I called back a few days later (Friday) and again, the tech couldn't tell me what was going on but told me he'd call me back by end of the day. Nothing. Finally, I called back the next Monday trying to get some answers. I ended up speaking with Josiah (one of the owners) who let me know that the data wasn't recoverable after all. This was the frustrating cherry on an already annoying sundae. This isn't their fault that my data wasn't recoverable, but I felt their staff could have done a better job of not setting the unrealistic expectation that if I paid the clean room service I'd get my data back. Josiah offered an alternate service at the same price, or a refund and I opted for the latter. I didn't get a clear understanding of what the clean room service tried to do or why the data wasn't recoverable, only that it couldn't be done. When I picked up the drive, the techs weren't able to give me this information either. Had the expectation for full recovery been set more realistically up-front and it not taken three attempts to get a status update, I wouldn't have been quite as irritated with the outcome. read more

Matt was very helpful and fixed my laptop screen by fixing a digitizer connection and putting adhesive for the screen to stay attached to the chassis. The price was originally pretty pricey but with the discounts and deals on Yelp, it made the price competitive! Thanks guys! read more

Took my sick PC to BB and was quoted such a high price to remove a bug, back up data and load Windows back on it that I grabbed it off the counter and ran. Looked into Yelp for a local PC repair shop and found Larson's was right around the corner,so I took a chance and stopped in. Good thing I did. They wanted half of what BB wanted for the same work and even found my hard drive was bad and didn't kill me on price. After repairs were done and a price was given they found a fan not working and replaced it not adding a dime to the bill. Fair pricing for good work is hard to find these days, but these guys did it. After 3 consecutive hard experiences shopping from IBuyPower and dealing with their crappy customer service and "I don't care" attitude, I decided to find another provider to do business. I know that my needs are completely out of ordinary - I need everything customized and it makes things very hard to deal. A friend of mine told me about this shop and checking their Yelp reviews I decided to try. My first contact on email was answered very fast and with a direct phone contact. I explained what kind of computer I was looking for and why I requested so specific configuration, Ryan understood and gave me a nice deal, but he recommended me another motherboard because the model I chose wasn't as good (for memory processing) as the one he indicated and pretty much costing the same, so I took his word and decided moving forward and buying, and I received 1 day earlier than estimated. At home, I found out that new motherboard actually didn't have support for all HD's I had (6 internal) at the speed I wanted, so I talked to Ryan, and after finding a newer model fitting all my needs he offered to replace ( the newer was slightly more expensive, so I just paid for the difference and he returned the original purchase but didn't charge me for re-install it). It was a battle... a very complicated setup, but Ryan and Josiah have a great positive attitude and understanding what a good customer service should be. Not only I will return either for future purchases or if some problem comes, but will spread the word. This is a great shop! read more

I have to give the company a full 5 stars for their service and work. I needed a hard wire internet connection in my basement work-out room because the WIFI signal in my condo/townhouse was so poor. The service agent reached out almost immediately and was very responsive, understanding my project and my availability. Their fees are reasonable and market rate. The technicians were fantastic. The project was not as simple as we had hoped but the senior technician was a real problem solver and walked me through the various options and explained exactly how to achieve what i wanted. Like Amber R.'s review, this one is also long overdue! I inherited a damaged Macbook Air (from my wife) that someone else had tried to fix (unsuccessfully). I took it to Next IT because it was so well reviewed on Yelp. It did not take long to see why: professional, competent, and honest. Josiah greeted me and explained what they would try and quoted me an amount for the repair. I do not remember the amount now, but he and Justin ended up doing a tune-up and charged me less. The fan continued to run, but the computer functioned; they explained that they would have to replace the board to get rid of the noise, but the computer worked fine without having to go that route. Then, they continued to check via e-mail on the status of my computer. I would definitely go to them again for my computer repair needs (although I am in no hurry to face any). Thank you, Josiah and Justin. read more
