As such, I'm no longer confident about my playing skills. Combined with my severe carpal tunnel, I just don't get to play much in general even more, even though I own a piano. But Bob, the manager on duty, was SO NICE! He wasn't pushy and was super accommodating. To me, while sound is important, the most important thing was making sure I could find a piano that was easier on my hands and fingers to make sure I could keep playing despite the ever-present hand and wrist pain I have. He helped me find the exact acoustic piano I needed for my lifestyle and budget and even taught me about things that had changed since the last time I went shopping for pianos years ago!
