If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. As such, I'm no longer confident about my playing skills. Combined with my severe carpal tunnel, I just don't get to play much in general even more, even though I own a piano. But Bob, the manager on duty, was SO NICE! He wasn't pushy and was super accommodating. To me, while sound is important, the most important thing was making sure I could find a piano that was easier on my hands and fingers to make sure I could keep playing despite the ever-present hand and wrist pain I have. He helped me find the exact acoustic piano I needed for my lifestyle and budget and even taught me about things that had changed since the last time I went shopping for pianos years ago! He possessed a wide knowledge of various piano technologies and manufacturers all the while conveying a congenial, professional attitude.
