Unfortunately, I lost the pair and we contacted the sales associate Jen who went above and beyond looking through company records to find exactly what model I had purchased. She was very helpful and called us back on multiple occasions to assist in replacing the shades I misplaced. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 small business with exceptional customer service. While we're in New England, this will definitely be my go to spot for sunglasses!

I let them know the issue and showed them my scrip and they worked with the doctor to give me a few trial pairs of daily contacts under my prescription. The price was clearly communicated to me and I was given the option to purchase or decline. Not dissimilar to the way you are offered furniture protection or phone insurance for other purchases! Staff was responsive and friendly, and my eye doctor was kind and knowledgeable. They are now my primary eye care location. I also was able to peruse the lens store, trying on many options in the process. The staff member in this area also helped me understand my insurance and what could be covered.

I was on vacation in Newport and had no receipt, but I was curious to see whether they would exchange them. And they did. They traded my damaged pair for a brand new pair with no fuss. They grabbed a new pair from the shelf, took my contact info, and I was on my way. The whole process lasted about 15 minutes, but I didn't mind seeing as how the woman helping me was smoking hot. When asked if I needed help, I showed the kind lady my glasses which had lost the tiny screw on the left side causing the lens to fall out. Without hesitation this very kind person spread a cloth on the counter for her tools and my glass frame and lens. She expertly found the correct tiny screw and in a few minutes replaced the lost one. After she graciously cleaned my lenses, she dexterously handed them to me. They were not even sunglasses, but the Sunglass Hut did not discriminate. I count myself to be a very satisfied future customer of this kind, generous and patient establishment. I'll soon be back.
