Their customer service is top notch. I bought a pair of Ray-Bans from them over a year ago. Unfortunately, I lost the pair and we contacted the sales associate Jen who went above and beyond looking through company records to find exactly what model I had purchased. She was very helpful and called us back on multiple occasions to assist in replacing the shades I misplaced. Overall, this is a 10 out of 10 small business with exceptional customer service. While we're in New England, this will definitely be my go to spot for sunglasses!

Every time I visit I have found the people working to be helpful and willing to engage in a conversation about what I am looking for or helping me find the right fin for my board.
