The price was clearly communicated to me and I was given the option to purchase or decline. Not dissimilar to the way you are offered furniture protection or phone insurance for other purchases! Staff was responsive and friendly, and my eye doctor was kind and knowledgeable. They are now my primary eye care location. I also was able to peruse the lens store, trying on many options in the process. The staff member in this area also helped me understand my insurance and what could be covered.

Also, the salesperson was very helpful and chatty and helped me with choosing a few pairs of sunglasses. I ended up getting just a pair of Ray-Bans that I absolutely love. I would have never picked this style by myself, but thanks to the salesperson's great sunglass knowledge and fantastic customer service, I was convinced that this is the best option for the summer and I don't regret it.
