Fancy donut.
Cassandra N.

I want to tell you about New York Donuts. They are delicious. I could end the review there but I won't. The donuts are crispy on the outside and pillowy soft, airy and risen to perfection on the inside. The donut decor makes me want to decorate baked goods again, they are so clever. When the donut shop closes, they take the remainder of that days stick and sell it next door at Sam's Pizza- so don't feel bad if it's after closing. You can still get a delicious donut. They have recently started updating the inside and I love it. It's very clean and the owners are super nice. Like, so nice. Anyway. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say Wifi access and some music would be nice. This place is doing a fantastic job with the product. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I usually order through door dash and the donuts are always fresh and tasty. Today I decided to walk into the shop. The attendant was helping a customer, but helped me as soon as she got the chance. I asked about a specific donut that I didn't see inside the case and the attendant quickly assured me that she could have it prepared for me. She quickly starting preparing the donuts without any hesitation. This is my favorite item here, so I was more than thrilled. She could've easily said they didn't have it and I would've still gladly made a selection from what was already prepared. This made todays donuts extra special. Try the bars with the whipped cream they're fantastic!

Made to order BT 21 donuts

Ordered some special BTS and BT 21 donuts. So well done and also delicious! Even after two days these donuts were soft and yummy. Owner was very friendly and willing to do a new design. They came out very cute. Ordered donuts two days before. Each donut had its own unique design out of fondant. Ordered a dozen for $45 which I believe is very reasonably priced due to the high quality and design. Will definitely order from again.

Pokémon and Spider-Man donuts

Super cute, old school feel, felt like I stepped back in time with the lights behind the menu boards, the prices are a bit high, but in the day and age how can we mad at them. Totally will return to support this small business again! The lady that helped us was so sweet and helpful they also do custom donuts that cater to the kids...will be ordering soon!

New Yorks Donuts in Stockton: Pass this one by ! Go to the supermarket instead.
Jason O.

Every time I leave New York Donut House on Country Club Blvd., I just want to kick my own butt for patronizing there. There really is no excuse for my going there a second time as I am consistently reminded on why I loathe this place. Darn donuts, why are donuts in general so good that one has to put up with the substandard service that accompanies it. Alas, after I bite into a New York Donuts clump of dough on Country Club Blvd., I am painfully reminded of the reality and I am forced to reconsider my opinion of this assumption that all donuts are tasty and generally delicious. After all, it's not rocket science to make a tasty donut, right? New York Donut House does a disservice to donuts altogether. New York Donuts has ruined the good reputation that the donut has been attributed with. Heck, I don't think New York Donut House has any inkling of what a delicious donut should even taste like. What an embarrassment to donuts and New Yorkers everywhere. This business should change the donut to donate in their business title. NEW YORK DONATE HOUSE ! The taste is simply not fresh and I surmise that these products were donated from somewhere else a long, long, loooonnnngg time ago!!! But I digress, I wear my shame with acquiescence for willfully succumbing to impulsive desires and laziness to this closer locale rather than venturing a few miles to the donut location rated #1 on Yelp Stockton. Better yet , I should have went to the supermarket down the street instead (Safeway). By going to Safeway, I would have received better tasting donuts and for a much more agreeable price. Plus, the supermarket would not charge that credit card fee this business levies upon their customer. Credit or debit card gets charged a fee here. I worry to ever pay with cash at NEW YORK DONATE HOUSE too. I am sure they got some fee they want to pin on the customer as well and still blame the banks as an excuse for their greedy side enterprise. The donuts are substandard, the service is pathetically poor and not to mention the guy who runs the place comes off as an arrogant, mean-spirited, hateful, rude, self-centered/self-absorbed, condescending, inconsiderate, intolerant, self-promoting (especially at the expense of others), stingy, greedy, argumentative, abrupt, forward, and one who is tactless in speech... in other words... well I am out of words to describe my opinion of him but if YOU have 1 word to describe this guy then please enlighten me with that word. Maybe I'll put less thought into this review and opinionate words something short and to the point like: The donuts at New York Donut House on Country Club Boulevard taste like sour milk curds with a vinegary kick and the guy who runs this dump is as bitter as the rancid lumps of dough that he inadequately serves ! With regret, from the cantankerous guy in the pic who looks like he had way too many donuts through out his life and appears none too happy about nasty tasting donuts at New York Donut House or pretty little flowery things. hmmpphh!

Almond Milk Tea

Do not get the Almond Milk Tea.. tasted like medicine/cough syrup. I've been here a few times and never have I received good customer service. The donuts are also dry and sometimes taste like they have been sitting out all day.

Parking is street-only, but I was lucky enough to find a spot right in front. FOOD I was expecting a larger food menu, but they only offer 1-2 rotating items for the day/week. I saw their lox bagel from photos and I was bummed they didn't have it that day so I ended up ordering the bagel sandwich (cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber) and a breakfast burrito. Both were decent, though the bagel could've definitely used more cream cheese. 3.8/5 DRINKS Ube White Mocha - 3.8/5: The flavor was there, but it could've used more coffee. Vanilla Latte - 3.8/5: Solid and enjoyable. My overall rating leans closer to a 3.8 mainly because the service was slow and my drink order was initially messed up. The barista did correct it and even let me keep the extra drink, which I appreciated. However, I was also accidentally charged twice and had to get that adjusted. Overall, it's still a nice place to stop by for coffee, and I'd be open to giving it another try.

The front half of the establishment (where the GPS directs you) is a market, while the back half is the coffee shop. But the whole building is connected. Parking for the coffee shop is located towards the back but it is very limited. Sundays are extremely busy here! The coffee & desserts are homemade and delicious! The coffee is from Yemen and every drink Ive tried so far has been amazing. The biscoff latte, Dulce de leche, brown sugar oat & peppermint bark! Looking online they don't regularly update their menu, so I snapped a recent picture of the menu for my fellow Yelpers! It appears they also have a changing seasonal menu for their coffees & desserts. All of their treats are homemade and very delicious! I highly recommend buying a treat to go with your drink. For the non-coffee drinkers, they offer matcha, matcha flights, lemonades, refreshers, teas, smoothies and energy drink mixers. The service is great! They are extremely fast serving drinks & food. The line might be long but you won't be waiting long. The lady at the cash register is usually the same person and she's very patient & kind! She'll explain any of the desserts for those wanting to try new things! The market & coffee shop always smell so delicious upon walking in. This place is truly a hidden gem everyone needs to experience! I read online they will be opening another location in Modesto soon!

There was a handful of people in line before me, all seeming to order some kind of latte or matcha. I was almost convinced but I always steer towards an Adeni Chai when at a Yemeni Cafe. I'd describe it as a black milk tea with spices. Make sure to ask for your preferred sweetness as it isn't sweetened by default. The Adeni Chai was served insanely hot but, I enjoyed it when it cooled down and it was great. I tried the Honeycomb Bread (warmed) and would more than likely skip next time. It was a bit more mushy than the other Honeycomb breads I've had in the past. There's a parking lot which is always convenient and there are seats inside if you want to enjoy your treats there. Keep in mind though, it is connected to a small store.
