Buyer Beware I purchased these cake pops for my daughter's 5th bday party about three weeks ahead of her event. A few days before the party, I reached out to make sure they would arrive on time since I had not received any tracking information. No one responded. Eventually, I received tracking through shop app and the "NY" based pops were sent from CA and stuck first in the Midwest for three days and then Newark. Mind you this was before the giant snowstorm. Not only were the bday pops six days late, but they arrived cracked without the display I ordered. I reached out multiple times by email and phone to the company with no response. These pops were a surprise for my daughter and her friends. I had to run to Starbucks that morning and buy frozen ones for her party. I cannot believe this is how they run a coming since 2010. This company is a sham. No one has even responded to my emails or calls or issued me a refund. read more

When you place an order and select shipping, you can pick a day but not a time frame. I ordered cake pops for a baby shower. I needed them delivered the day of the event for a 3:00 start. Before placing my order, I called to find out what time the delivery would come and was told it would arrive in the morning. The day of my event, I called in the morning to check on my delivery and was told they hadn't been made yet. I was assured they would be ready within the hour and would be on their way to me for a 1:00 pm arrival. That would have been fine, except they did not arrive until almost 4:00 pm. When I emailed Thursday night to get confirmation of the delivery and to see a photo of the display, I was told that they hadnt been delivered and no photo was provided. I was not pleased but requested Friday delivery asap. At 430 on Friday, I received a call requesting a phone number of the location where the pops were being delivered. I was irate! The displays were not delivered until Monday and despite requesting a photo of the finished product, I never received one. I spoke with the owner Lerida and we made arrangements for cake pop samples to be delivered so we could try them and decide if we wanted to order them for a wedding. The cake pops were never delivered. I called and left a message on Lerida's vm and also sent her an email. I never hear back from her. What a poor way to do business. I was hoping she would call the next business day and explain that something had happened and apologize. Quick summary: While cute, the basic pops are very plain and not as fantastic as the ones pictured on the website. Factor in the confirmation and delivery hassles, and it's really not worth the price. Details: I have tried to place orders twice with their website. The first time, I placed the order about 10 days before I needed the cake pops. I also followed up with calls to the two phone numbers on their website but the voice mail box was full on one number and they never responded to the voice mail I left on the other number until the day before the requested delivery. By that point, I had already made other arrangements. Why did I even bother trying again? Because they had such great reviews in the press and look so cute on the website! The second time, I placed the order two weeks before I needed the cake pops and immediately left a voice mail at the second phone number on their website. They emailed me about 4 days before the requested delivery date with a note that they would make the delivery on that date. When I asked for an estimate of when the delivery would arrive, they told me between noon and 3pm. When the delivery didn't arrive by 3, I emailed and called them for an update. No response. The delivery did not arrive until 5pm. The cake pops were cute, but nothing like the gorgeous ones pictured on the website. One of my friends remarked, "These taste good, like Ding Dongs on a stick." Next time, I'll physically put Ding Dongs on a stick and personalize them with icing from the grocery store. Tip: If you're going to place an order on the website, include a note that they contact you at least a week in advance and don't give your credit card information until they contact you. Be flexible with delivery times and arrange for delivery the day before you actually need them. read more

I decided to use the vouchers from that site for a "test" order of regular shaped pops for a Thanksgiving dinner I was going to. They were THE hit of the party. Awesome cake pops. I order from here all the time for delivery to my office in downtown Manhattan. I work on a trading floor and it's always somebody's birthday. So it was nice to find something different to order and everybody loved the cake pops from here. They are moist and dense so you only need like 1 or 2 to be satisfied. They are delicious. All the flavors are awesome, I always order the assorted ones. Vanilla, Chocolate and Red Velvet and maybe Pistaccio, I'm not sure if there's a 4th flavor but they are all awesome I highly recommend them and they can turn around an order relatively quickly but just to make sure, I would give them a day or two notice if you're placing an order, especially a large order. They are a little on the pricey side per cake pop but reasonable if you order from other places like Baked by Melissa which is super expensive for what you're getting.
