The crates stack up very neatly, unlike cardboard boxes, and are much easier for the movers to move. The drop-off and pick-up were punctual and flexible. We originally booked for two weeks - took one week to pack, two days to unpack. BoxUp was able to pick up the crates early and get them out of our way. Reuben did the drop-off and pick-up and was very professional. BoxUp also conveniently offers other packing material to be delivered with the crates. The green wrap was perfect for small pottery pieces, and the bubblewrap was great to protect art. Looking forward to booking BoxUp again when we have to move!

Very satisfied with their professional work and I definitely recommend using them!

I considered getting a rental and taking my items to a storage facility but I honestly didn't want to go through the hassle. I found EJ Moving on Instagram (@ejmoving) and saw they offered into-storage services. I sent an email to the email listed on their bio and got a response the same day. They asked me for an inventory list of my items, which storage facility I was going to put my items in and if my building had any restrictions for moving. The process to schedule the move was pretty simple and everything was communicated via email until the day of. The team showed up to my apartment on time (9am-10am window) and loaded my items in about 35 minutes. I met them at the storage facility and everything was in place. I definitely recommend this company for any type of move whether it be local, international, into-storage or commercial. They have over 11 years of experience and know what they're doing. Thanks, EJ Moving!

Eric is truly an amazing person. He has not only delivered fantastic design and installation of my…read morehousehold projects but he was also a man with a great heart. Eric designed and built a pantry cabinet for me as well as installed a glass shower door for my bathroom. Eric was prompt with his starting date, and he completed all the projects with the highest degree of professionalism. As a result of his great work, my mom wanted to hire him for more household projects. Eric came to my mom's house, took the measurements, and helped with the design. Unfortunately, my elderly mom was struck with covid and in the end she had to give up all the household renovation. We offered to pay Eric for the initial design work he had done for us but he graciously declined the offer. Eric was so understanding about our situation that he even expressed best wishes for my mom's healing. Really, this is my first time encountering someone in business being so considerate of his customers. I had a great experience with pronto boxes. While I don't recommend their garment boxes, I…read moredefinitely recommend the moving bins. The customer service is also on point. Their bins are pretty spacious compared to cardboard boxes. There's also less mess and more space when you move as you don't need to worry about breaking down and getting rid of all that cardboard. I got the studio apartment package for 3 weeks and didn't think I needed the dolly - but the dolly came in handy as I was packing and unpacking, to more easily get to the boxes I needed. The boxes themselves were easily stackable and you'd know if you overpacked them based on the design. The boxes are also super sturdy. To label them, I'd recommend using masking tape - super cheap and no need for all that extra label paper. The tape also peels right off when you're done but stays on better than the reusable labels. (I didn't use the pro to labels because they were a bit small for me). When the boxes arrived, they were mostly clean and ready to go. The boxes' drop off and pickup were both super smooth. When I was not satisfied with the garment boxes, I was only charged for the week I had it. I did have to pay for the extra pickup, but it was still cheaper than keeping the garment boxes for 3 weeks. The boxes stack into each other easily when you're done so it saves space as you unpack. Pro tip: as you unpack, stack the boxes right onto the dolly, including the box you're in the process of unpacking. Customer service is super responsive over text and it felt like they took an interest in making the process as smooth as possible for me. I had unpacked a day early and they were able to come by and pick up the boxes the same day. I was getting unlimited cardboard boxes for free from my dad's job but was glad I used pronto boxes instead for this move.

My experience was very personal and great (you can tell this is a smaller company). The crates arrived right on schedule and were brought in to my apartment. After I moved and finished unpacking, I was done a couple days early and texted to see if they could pick the boxes up early and they came out later that day and took them from inside my apartment. Great experience!
