I had no idea how hard it would be to find the range you want, at an appropriate price, and delivered/installed quickly. After tireless internet research and Karl's letting me down Paul's Appliances saved the day! They were able to sell me their last Frigidaire gas range, that happened to be the floor model, and deliver/install the next day. They were also very upfront in saying the bottom drawer was bent but they would absolutely replace it. The also have very friendly quick service. I was able to walk in and out in 15 minutes. Local appliance stores are definitely the way to go!

Met with the boss who scheduled delivery and PROMISED me haul away of my old fridge. Delivery day came, 11/6, the delivery guys brought up my fridge no problems. But, when I told them about the haul away they insisted they don't haul away from the third floor. If delivery is to the 3rd floor, isn't it safe to expect haul away from the 3rd floor too??? Called the store, spoke with Michael, who said he'd call the delivery guys and insist on the haul away as he saw it on the order. He called the guys, but, they continued to attempt to leave my home without my old fridge. I called Michael back, he requested I give the delivery guys my phone. I ran outside to do so, he speaks with them telling them to haul it away, they still left my property without the old fridge! I call Michael again to explain he then tells me he will speak to the boss and have her send the guys back tomorrow to haul away the old fridge. He said he would have her call me to get this issue rectified. She never called me. Everyday I'd call, Michael would give me a story, she's not there, she'll be there later, she was supposed to come in but didn't make it. Day after day of excuses. My old fridge still sitting in my kitchen. Today, I showed up there. And wow, the boss was there! What a surprise! First, she pretended like she had no idea who I was. Trying to completely ignore her condescending, arrogant, and disrespectful attitude I refreshed her memory. She tells me she didn't know the delivery was on the 3rd floor (MY RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES 3RD FLOOR DELIVERY). She then proceeds to say she didn't know the haul away was on the 3rd floor??????? IF YOU USE YOUR BRAIN, if the delivery for a new fridge is on the 3rd floor, you have to disconnect the current fridge on the 3rd floor to install the new fridge on the 3rd floor wouldn't the haul away of the old fridge also be on the 3RD FLOOR???????? And tells me she didn't know the delivery guys don't haul away from the 3rd floor. How do you offer services and then say "I didn't know they don't do that". You're the boss, are you not? Isn't that something you should be the one to know?!?! And then to top it all off, she recommended I post my old fridge online and find someone to haul it away for me. She also proceeded to tell me "and you got a beautiful fridge for a great price" kind of like shut the fuck up and be happy. Like they did me some sort of favor. I had plans on buying a few other things here I will NEVER return. I hope and pray nothing happens to this refrigerator. I paid for an extended 2 year warranty and hope I never have to use it. After reading the other reviews I'm more than certain it'll be a horrendous experience getting them to service my fridge if needed. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new. I also need to replace our fridge, stove, microwave but will need to look for another store
