The staff is super knowledgeable, and friendly it does take a lot of time for them to get all the parts you need, so be ready to spend at least 30 minutes... but if you need any plumbing part and someone else doesn't have it, they probably have it. They carry press fitting, propex, they carry Quickfitting, they carry boiler parts, heaters, specialty fittings, tools, etc... brand names and generic. Prices are reasonable. The shop looks a bit rundown and unwelcoming but don't let that fool you, this is definitely a place you need to know if you do any kind of plumbing. Also full of pro plumbers that will also give you tips.

Shelves are littered with dirty Lysol wipes, empty beverages cups, opened makeup products and food wrappers. It's truly a disgrace. The store lacks variety as well and the items in clearance looks like returns that people had wore and returned (ie my mom picked up black black slippers that she really like and it was dirty on the bottom and sticky). I also noticed that everyone (ok, most) working at the store was personable, smart and happy. Worth a visit for home improvement needs. Something worth noting: when leaving your name for pickup, know that the person on the order would need to have their ID or listed number to pick up. You can't just send a random person without notice.

I had to pay to park as parking as is impossible to find a space even on a Sunday, but much of the parking was made up because the store is in Paterson's UEZ, which means it is half sales tax.
