Good bagel spot and coffee to have before going to hike around mt tamalpais or marin county etc. luckily this spot was open at 6:30 but officially 7am. The bagels were getting stocked as well as coffee. Bagels were good, they had a different taste to them compared to noahs. Coffee was great. I love the generous amount of shmear per bagel.

Got a bagel sandwich which was good, the service was fast and quick! Prices were very reasonable, I will go back.

New York Bagels generously donated a huge variety of bagels to our theater group, and we couldn't have been more grateful. They were incredibly kind and even offered to give us more than we could carry. The bagels were still wonderfully fresh, and our entire team was delighted to have them. It meant so much to feel this level of generosity and support for local theater--thank you!

Decent bagels and super quick service. I got a bagel with turkey and cheese and it somehow ended up being $10 which is kinda crazy. Was a solid bagel and I'd come by again if I'm nearby, but def wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

    Everything bagel with cream cheese

My partner was so excited to find this place. He is from the east coast (NY specially) and so always complains about how the bagels and the pizza are lacking here. But this is the first place where he said the bagels were pretty decent and the best he's found in the area. He said that it doesn't quite meet NY standards but still liked it so much that he bought an extra half dozen bagels during our visit for his work friends from New York who have also missed the bagels. We live kind of far from here but would definitely be back the next time we are in the area. The lines can get pretty long here in the mornings but there's plenty of parking in the lot. There's also little seating in the shop, only about 4-5 small tables.

Walking into a warm watering smell of goodness. Ordered the Cheese beagle breakfast with bacon and American cheese. Delicious and my tummy stopped rumbling. Wash it it down with a hot French vanilla cup of fresh made coffee.

Though the wait was long, the bagels were fluffy and delicious. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches looked like they were just reheated egg, which is why I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which was fantastic! They had fun cream cheese flavors, like strawberry and maple walnut which were very sweet.

Lox sandwich w/ salt bagel, everything bagel, and poppy bagel.

Super expensive $5 for a puffy bagel. $7.50 with cream cheese, ridiculous for mediocre quality

The guys behind the counter aren't the most attentive, but the bagel itself is as good as you're gonna get in Marin.

I had what I always get at delis: matzo ball soup and a pastrami sandwich. The matzo balls were hard and thick, which is one of the two ways to make matzo balls, the other being soft and fluffy. This way isn't wrong, but the other is better. The broth is good, but there was no shredded chicken in it, just tiny cubes of inconsistently cooked vegetable, celery and onion and I'm not sure what all else. The pastrami was quite lean but managed to be fairly juicy. I'm pretty sure it was made from brisket, which is not the canonical pastrami cut. The important part is that it tasted like pastrami and not like brisket, which a lot of would-be pastramis can't manage. Get it "tradition" style on rye with deli mustard. Small place in a yuppie shopping center. Order at the counter, wait (a very short time) for your food to be brought to your table or counter spot. Daily newspapers for you to read.

The resulting vibes of inconvenience when they had to back out the item and then try to figure out how to refund me? I told them to keep the difference because the service took such a noticeable dip. Although they have quite a bit of seating, when I got my fries the flavor just wasn't there and even though piping hot some pieces were still raw in the middle. Finally, the quality on my side of pastrami wasn't good and after googling it apparently they buy from a confidential source. Overall, in my experience their food tasted like lower level diner fare and I threw out most of it out.

The $14.99 sandwich was pre-cut and full of thick pieces of steak. There was a ton of arugula and pickled red onion. This was a very good homemade tasting sandwich of great quality. The market itself is pretty low key, very dense and small. It has everything you need but it doesn't have the produce that I would normally get at a Whole Foods or Good Earth. The service was good and it was very convenient to go to. We will definitely come back to get sandwiches here whenever we have a picnic nearby. It was convenient. The redwood park nearby did not disappoint.
