Great place great service. One of the places that add to the quality of life in Millburn.

If it weren't for New Palumbo's, we would not have been able to keep our antique Mercedes 560 SEL running. This ride was my step fathers favorite car, and I remember when he got it in '87. Upon his passing, I was gifted the car after sitting for many years outdoors. We live in town, and Chris and Andrew Palumbo are passionate car enthusiasts who are talented and kind - and always available. Our 560 that lay dormant for many years was brought back to the way I remember it. When you're dealing with restoration of an older car, rubber gaskets get dry and leak from disuse and age. We are grateful for New Palumbo's Availability, Ability, and Afability. Additionally, New Palumbo's took care of my wife same day in need of an oil change and inspection before traveling to VT to visit our daughter. Lovely people in Millburn. Such great customer service! My mom and I stumbled by this place near her job about a year ago. At the time we had been fed up with our current mechanic since he would keep overcharging us for any small thing that needed to get fixed. Essentially we had been in search for a new mechanic and since I happen to see this place I mentioned to my mom that she could give this place a try since it was less than 10 minutes away from her job! We were not sure if this place could be trusted but after ready some reviews on it, we knew it would be a reliable place. Our initial visit and the countless of times since, the mechanic here have been incredibly understanding and very sincere. My mom works in 2 hospitals and rarely has time for herself however they always accommodate for her whenever she is in need of something. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mechanic shop that is reliable and honest! read more

Highly recommend! Came to New Palumbo's after being told by the Dealer that 1) my turbo needed to be fixed; 2) that it would cost $2,700 and 3) it was no longer covered by the warranty. I was immediately greeted by the Palumbo Team who not only remembered my name but also recalled all the details from my call scheduling an appointment. I subsequently learned that the price and issues quoted by the Dealer were way off and that I simply needed the hoses fixed for a fraction of the cost - $190. The guys at this place know what they are doing. I've come here plenty of times for both of my '97 clunkers. Each time I leave with a fully functioning car, which can be a miracle considering how I brought them in. It can be pricey sometimes, but after doing a lot of business with them, I know they are doing a great and thorough job so it is always worth it.
