Fill in and cuticle treatment. I wanted a specific colour...the bottle on the left....was my choice...she took time to look for it and was not to be found. Her suggestion was to layer two colours to make that colour... It was perfect. Her attention to giving me a perfect result ....... Now that's a nail tech who definitely took time to make sure I was happy. She is very skilled and I highly recommend her. I am very very pleased with this salon....everyone is very friendly . The set up is normal but the service is top tier. My first and second experience has been the same. They are polite friendly and have several regulars. I got a pedi and a full set. With the pedi, I got the simplest option and still got a massage and scrub in addition to the nail care. While painting my toes the technician noticed a small mistake and re did the entire nail. Most times people ignore mistakes but he was right on top of it! The location was really nice as well and has a very relaxing ambiance. I'd for sure recommend them 8/10.

It was spur of the moment and I got Suzan and I decided to do something fairly plain and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I have very sensitive cuticles and so even the barest brush of the e-file and I'll end up with scabs, which really mar a new set. She was meticulous and careful without me even having to tell her. The first visit back a few months ago was just okay, the second time was actually really good, but after today, I will not be returning. I had a wedding this weekend (which I told them about), and my toenails look terrible. I got regular polish on my toes and they are uneven, messy, and honestly look worse in person. I also got gel on my fingers, and they look awful as well. There's polish all over my skin. Yes, I know it will eventually come off, but the point is they should have taken the time to clean it up before I left. What really bothered me was the attitude. I politely asked the man doing my manicure to fix my thumb because there was a noticeable line down the side and it wasn't even. He became irritated and told me it was because of how I laid my hand while it was drying. For an $80 service, I expected much better quality and customer service. I've tried this salon four different times and only had one truly good experience. There are plenty of great nail salons in the area, so save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
