We were told the wait would be 2 hours which surprised me because they usually do tires fast because they want customers in and out quick, but seeing that we were already there we waited. During our wait, one of the techs apologized to another gentleman who had waited hours and hours for an oil change and inspection. He was given a free oil change and the oil change they did that day was free too (which I thought was really nice). We ended up waiting just under 4 hours and were never told the tire mounting was being delayed. We both ended up missing functions that night because of that and were severely disappointed. After 2 hours I was told they needed my tire key, which means they didn't look at the condition of my brakes until 2 hrs after my appt. time. 2 more hours go by and when I inquired about the status of my repair and how much longer. I was told they hadn't started any work because they needed my permission to begin, but no one ever came to the waiting area to ask for it !! There are no restrooms to use, no wifi, no water.... this place needs to close its doors!!
