Contacted e-commerce team and someone promised to resolve this issue in a few days. Few days gone by, never got a response. Finally got a response on 6/8 and telling me it would take 5-7 days to get an answer. I even provided photos with the label shows only 1 was shipped. Does it really take almost 2 weeks to process my refund? As of today, i still have no hear anything from them. Terrible service.
