Cars are worth what he offers them to you for. Good cars from the not so nice but very low cost basic transportation cars in his back lot to the nicer ones out front. Was looking for an inexpensive commute car. Always bought from private parties, never took small lots serious but probably found one of the best buys ever at Sammy's. One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. Love it, people ooh and awe over it. Jason and Mike, his two helpers, are not typical salespeople, good guys as well. Check them out, may be well worth your time.

He rushed us through the signing process, not explaining what none of it was. Due to not having insurance for the car available, we picked up the car on 09/09/26 which we were "promised" would be washed and cleaned and a full tank of gas. We get there, waited an hour for the car that was not cleaned, not washed and no gas!! They literally handed me copies of the contract that day. After reviewing the copies, I see that they charged us $1,500 for a damn GPS system that the Sales guy said was FREE!! Also, they noted there that I was charged $350 for clear door guards that the car did NOT have. The car had trash under the seats, random ketchup and napkins found all around!! So unprofessional!! We were NOT told that there was an option to buy a contract cancellation. Instead we were told, you can not change your mind, there is no grace period. I mailed them two letters expressing our frustration. It took them literally 3 weeks to contact us! Just now we got off the phone which someone who claimed being the Sales Manager his name is Jose Beza. He sounded more like the second Sales person helping Pierre make the damn sale. Since the paint repair, I have had to return to the dealership because of issues that arose afterward, and I am still trying to get everything properly corrected. Instead of being able to move on from the original repair, I now have more things wrong with my vehicle and have had to spend additional time dealing with problems connected to the work that was performed. What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have called multiple times trying to reach the service department and especially the advisor who has been handling my vehicle. I have been placed on long holds, transferred around, disconnected, and left without being able to speak with someone who can actually help me. Beware!!!!!!!!! I understand that service departments can be busy, but when a customer is dealing with problems after dealership repairs, there should be consistent communication and follow-up. I should not have to repeatedly chase someone down just to get issues addressed that developed after my vehicle was in their care. At this point, my frustration is not just with the original repair. It is the fact that my vehicle went in for a paint repair, came back with additional issues, and getting those issues properly addressed has been an ongoing struggle. I hope management takes this seriously and provides a resolution.
