Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Yes they have a great selection of flooring and their employees are very friendly, but there were…read moretoo many errors to recommend this company. First, I was recommended by the flooring contractor, who said they would get me the contractor price, which I was told when I purchased from Rayo. As it turns out, the "contractor price" was just their normal price, which I verified by calling and asking for the price. Secondly, they screwed up my underlayment order, giving me a lower-quality underlayment that I thankfully caught before the contractor installed it. This may have had the consequence of needing the flooring to be ripped out and underlayment replaced due to HOA rules of minimum sound abatement quality. And third, they couldn't find a flooring piece and told my contractor it was located at a different store, sending them from this location to Clairmont during rush hour. The piece was actually at this location, but they didn't even try looking for it. This delayed my project two days. Overall, they are untruthful and seem to be careless and unprofessional.

Without hesitation I knew who to call, Joe's Hardwood Floors. We were so happy with his work the first time around I didn't even consider anyone else. Joe is so knowledgeable and experienced. He has been doing flooring for years. Unfortunately our existing wood was discontinued but Joe helped me selected new flooring that worked with my style and our lifestyle. He also helped me get all the information I needed to submit to insurance. Joe is an absolute expert and accepts nothing but perfection in his work. Leo, who installed the flooring was a very friendly, a hard worker and had great attention to detail. He was prompt and always cleaned up after himself. I recommend Joe and his team for your flooring needs.

Our main request was for the new flooring to match our current stair treads which was solid oak, English Chestnut stain, and oil-based polyurethane wood finish (a meticulous lengthy process but leads to superior results). Their bid matched the market rate, and with the other reviews, we decided to go with Joes Hardwood. The team delivered and we are happy with the result. The current team managing Joe's is young and hardworking. My only feedback is to improve on their time-management especially when arrival time is different from the confirmed/scheduled time. A final suggestion that the team review the bid as it includes specifics about the project and type of finish. Overall, happy with their work and if need be in 20 years will hire them again to refinish.

The rep, Steven, did text beforehand to let me know his appointment had started late and likely would not make it until noon. No problem. However come 1220, I still had not heard anything so I called and left him a message. Around 1230-1240, still radio silence so I called the main office. The lady said she would message him and get back to me. Still nothing. Around 110 pm I called the lady who said she had gotten ahold of the sales representative who was having car issues. I found the whole experience extremely disappointing. While I am sympathetic towards car issues, I can't understand why nobody would reach out to let me know what was going on. She rescheduled me for Tuesday but it left a bad taste in my mouth how the situation was handled. Now it's 120 PM and I wonder if I had not reached out, if anybody would have bothered to let me know the sales representative was not coming. This company was sent out since I had contacted Costco but not much confidence has been inspired by these limited interactions
