When they arrived, they made sure to put on shoe covers and explained each process of the job to make sure I understood how the repair was being done. They even wanted me to test out the new spout myself before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I reached out for plumbing service after I noticed a leak on the line to my toilet. New Gen Plumbing responded to my post in about 5 minutes and showed up to my house within an hour and a half. Felix called me when he was about 15 minutes away and when he showed up, he was very professional. He wore shoe coverings the entire time. He gave me a few different quotes based on what he thought could be the problem. After checking it out, he discovered it was not as difficult as he initially thought. I broke the water pipe to the master bathroom toilet and fixed it with shark bite fittings. It seemed flimsy so I called to have them inspect it. They arrived on time and were very professional. They stated that shark bite fittings are not recommended for behind the wall. They did the a great job fixing it and now I am confident it will not leak. Also they had to cut out some sheet rock to get to the pipe and did a great cutting job. It was easy for me to repair the wall. I'm going to have them come back to connect my gas range. They were the first to call and came out quickly. The team was very thorough and offered a great price for replacing my whole-house water softener. In addition to that, they fixed my tankless water heater and installed a reverse osmosis water system under the sink. Everyone on the team was great to work with. I had an emergency with my toilet with a broken flange that had to be replaced by cutting out the old one. The original was glued-in by the home builder. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. The charge for parts and labor was $290.
