When I advised them that no one was home, they told me to go back inside. I also let the second person who got out of the truck "Mr. Tough Guy" know that they woke my children who were sleeping in the room above where they were knocking. He and I went back and forth as I told him repeatedly that the neighbors weren't home and that they had woken my children. He told the guy knocking to knock again and called me a fucking bitch. To which I responded fuck you. When I called this store about the rudeness of their driver, the store manager was just as rude. He said that what I told him was not what happened since his guy already told him what happened. He also said, "It's the holidays. God is real and you are lying." He hung up on me. Based on this experience and the experience of other customers prior, you should definitely save your money and find furniture elsewhere.

I absolutely recommend coming here for guitar repairs! They did a phenomenal job fixing my beginner…read morebass and electric guitar. As you'd expect from cheap guitars the build quality needs work and NOLL managed to fix my fret buzz issue and adjustment of the neck and saddles to perfection. They even replaced the strings with the new ones I brought in with me with for a fairly decent price. They were fast with the whole process. You can tell they care for their customers and attention to detail. My guitars have never felt or even looked as good as they do now. You even get 90 day warranty along side your set up which is very convenient and courteous. My bass needed serious rehab and they fixed everything even the smallest things like the nobs and my pick up being too lose. Especially my bridge pickup as that wasn't even working properly before. I am so happy with the work done as I can now continue to practice with ease now that my bass is done correctly. As for the guitar, it is brand new and mainly needed spring adjustments which was done nicely as well. Can't wait to continue to become a better musician now with the help of NOLL Guitars. The owner was extremely kind to me and gave me so many tips to maintain my instruments. Highly recommend stopping by if you need new gear or just want a welcoming environment to find your next instrument. Thanks a bunch I will be back again!
