I had people telling me all different kinds of things-- lots of people offering me huge discounts and "throwing things in for free" (which really means they charge you double for something else) and promising to use only the strongest, harshest chemicals. Time Savers was great. Dan came to my house, recommended a very simple plan (HEPA vacuuming with a hydrogen peroxide solution, since our problem wasn't all that bad because we caught it early), and was able to book about a week later. The job was done in a day, my basement looks and smells clean and fresh, and it cost me one third what the LOWEST estimate was from any other company.

The first year it was a guy rifling through my bedside table and putting items to his face either to lick or sniff them, this year it was going through the items on hangers in my walk in closet like he was shopping through them. This time, I confronted the man through the camera microphone and told him to stop going through my things.
