Best part is that I can walk there from my house. Parking lots is really small and can be tricky to get in and out of on a busy day on Cranston Street. I am a regular and will remain that way.

My only complaint is that one time a shirt of mine ended up with a tiny amount of damage, which was not noted despite it being a brand-new shirt. I did not notice until I got home, and it's something I can easily fix, but still frustrating. I'll be back, but I'd make sure to check all of your items to make sure they don't have any damage before heading home, just as a tip.

When I came back to pick it up, I was told, "That'll be $50." I was surprised and said, "That's a lot for a little string adjustment." The woman replied, "No, we shortened the length." They had clearly altered the wrong part of the dress. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she insisted that I had asked them to shorten it. Then she said maybe I had changed my mind, so that I didn't have to pay. Unbelievable! I was shocked. They ruined my dress and then blamed me for their error. I love supporting small businesses, but not ones that don't take responsibility or listen to their customers, and clearly don't know what they are doing.
