I utilized the Yelp estimate feature and see pictures for the before and after. The electrician was great and quoted me a price based on the picture which was similar to other quotes. The job was done and done well that same day! So much better. read more

Alex is quick to respond, professional and is thorough with is work. I had a couple of new outlets installed in a commercial property. Although it sounds easy on paper, there were some hiccups that he was able to resolve promptly. His pricing is fair and he was tidy when finished. He does residential work as well and when the time comes, I'll hire him. read more

I needed a circuit breaker replaced and Alex came the same day I called him. He told me the time he would be arriving and he arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Alex did a quick assessment of the issue and he gave me a few options and once I made my decision, he was done replacing the breaker within minutes. While fixing the breaker, Alex also noticed one of my outlets could possibly be a fire hazard and was not installed properly and needed better housing. Once again Alex asked if I would like for him to fix the issue and once I gave him the go, once again he was done with that issue within minutes. I highly recommend Alex to anyone. read more

Alex was fast and professional. Two Nema 14-50 outlets installed in our garage, courtesy of New Creation Electric. Price was very good. What was important to me in a contractor: Licensed, Bonded. Because I've heard people who didn't have a permit/inspection denied insurance coverage if and when things go wrong... like a fire started by EV vehicle and/or outlet. Permit process was very easy in City of Long Beach. Install took one day, an hour for the permit at City Hall. Then used a QR code to schedule inspection. They came out the next day, inspection took 5 minutes. read more

Needed 220v plug installed for my EV. Great price, quick installation - was available next day. Highly recommend.

This review is about a job I hired Alex to do about a month ago. I had ordered a new Tesla and wanted to have a home charging station set up for convenience. Alex responded promptly to the quote I asked for, and not only was it more affordable and reasonable, but the quality of his work and materials was superior than other competitors. When he arrived, Alex was incredibly friendly, and wearing a mask. He is a very approachable and honest gentleman, I enjoyed my interactions with him and my expectations were exceeded. Will recommend him to all my friends and family read more

I was fortunate to get service the same day I contacted this company. Alex, the electrician, was able to replace a bad breaker in about an hour. He performed a sequence of troubleshooting to isolate the issue and solved it. He was prompt and wore protective equipment. Replacing the breaker and an outlet was $180 which I thought was a fair price. read more

As a Yelper I always tried to find a good place to eat or a good customer services for every house project but this man Alex is not someone you want to call for help. He came without a mask during this covid time while working with another man. He also told me he will give me a receipt for the job he did on my house but never did. I have to keep texting him and all he can tell me was he will by today or tomorrow but still nothing after almost a week now. Also I don't think he know what's he is doing. Quick response to my need and answer some questions, did not agree to a set price even though a dollar amount was said on his end. I requested a quote and price but nothing was clearly agreed to. He got tools and started working without my consent and at that point felt obligated to let him continue. I need more electrical work to be done and now I still have the issue. Asked for a re-wire of a section of the home and need other parts checked out but just didn't want to quote me on that. I hired Alex to install a new 240v outlet for our electric vehicle. Alex was by far the best quote I received, and honestly the only quote that was honest for the work that had to be done.
