After doing research I asked the other company if they offer that and they said I can apply for a permit. I wasn't too fond of that especially because they said it would be under my name. So I went with propower, who then did all the work of obtaining the permit for me. Once I got a date set, they quickly came out and got it installed within a few hours. They scheduled the inspector to come out the next day and I got my permit the day after. Angel and his team were very knowledgeable. Thomas who did the install said I needed to save a paper that had a QR code for my Tesla charger and even explained what I needed to do after. Lastly, Issac was there for the inspection which was supposed to happen anywhere from 8-12 he explained what the process would look like and assured me it would be very quick. I kept my garage open and stayed as long as I could. Unfortunately, I had client calls to take at 9:30 but it was great to hear the inspector came and then Issac ensured to close my garage for me even though I could not. Very comforting. Will definitely go to them for future electrical projects. Highly recommend!

These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. Believe me we have remodeled homes in NY, Altadena, San Marino, Pasadena, so we know what is reasonable. Jeremy arrived on time and to our surprise arrived with his father, a veteran electrician, and his son, now learning the business. They couldn't have been more efficient, neat and innovative. They replaced our old recessed halogen lights with state of the art LED. This was just not a replacement of the cans, since the old halogen lights were wired through some container that had to be opened and removed. Don''t ask me exactly, all I know is it took them time and effort. They even left us some halogen bulbs in case we needed to replace them in the back of the house. We will be changing those out for LED and will use Croff Electric. They were able to overcome a few jobs that had previously been done, before we owned the house, that had some questionable "fixes". They put in a new island electric outlet that took some doing, because there was little space between wine cooler and microwave. Everything was done to code. When they finished, I could hardly believe the care they took in cleaning up and putting things back in order, see Jeremy with a vacuum.

Our home inspector had recommended Electric Brothers to us. They were very easy to communicate with. This was my first time working with a contractor at this scope. Thankfully the team was professional and accommodating to our questions throughout the whole process. I had a huge list of work I wanted done on the house and the crew were understanding and offered financially flexible options for the work. Early on we had an unrelated permitting issue on the house and Electric Brothers was patient and helped us come up with solutions on how to continue the work on the electrical permit without affecting the other permit. From the get go Kamea and Isaac came out to do a walkthrough of our home to decide what the scope of work would be. At this point we weren't certain of how we were planning on remodeling the house but Kamea and Isaac offered flexible solutions. They were able to get the permit and started on the work quite quickly. Jose, Jonathan and the rest of the crew got to work removing the panel and old outlets and switches. I had requested some change orders later on and Eric and David were able to accommodate quickly. After all the work was complete, Antonio and Marcos patched all the holes inside and out. The patch work even impressed our inspector and the electric company that stopped by to adjust our power lines. The whole team was great and was willing to offer a ton of great house advice in general. Scope of Work The scope of the work included a panel upgrade, moving the panel and adding grounding to the house. We had also extended our powerline above the roof of the house to give our backyard some more vertical space. For the full house rewire, we had replaced all the existing wire with new wiring and relocated many of the outlets and switches. Kamea and Isaac worked closely with us to position the outlets and switches exactly where we wanted them. This included outlets inside and outside. Throughout the process we did have many specific requests but the team was able to pivot quickly without hesitation. Of course this did cause some slight miscommunication in the office but nothing detrimental to the project. In addition to the rewire work we also wanted to set up the electrical for our future remodeling plans. Jose made sure the circuits in the kitchen would be appropriate for the new appliances we had ordered. We updated some of our exterior lights as well and added additional lighting in one of our bathrooms. Both bathrooms were updated with new Panasonic vent fans. I also requested the wiring to be set up for an electric car charger for the future. Summary All in all a great experience! We'd definitely work together again in the future. My best suggestion to other new homeowners for a project of this scale is to align on the specific project goals before the starting walkthrough.
