From the first phone call, I could tell they genuinely cared about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. They were always responsive, showed up when they said they would, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They upgraded my electrical panel, rewired parts of the house, installed outdoor electrical, upgraded all of my switches, and installed a Tesla Wall Connector. Everything was fully permitted and done the right way. No shortcuts, no surprises, and no pressure. What I appreciated most was how they treated me. They took the time to answer my questions, explain things in a way I could understand, and make sure I was comfortable with every decision. As a homeowner, that meant a lot. I always felt heard, respected, and taken care of. It's not often you find a contractor who combines great communication, quality workmanship, and honesty. Angel is a hardworking guy building a business the right way, and it shows. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants his customers to be happy. At the end of the project, I felt confident that everything was safe, done correctly, and built to last. If I ever need electrical work again, Pro Power Electric will be my first call. Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too). When I found a problem after they left (even if it's the same day in the area that they were working on), I would have had to pay a full service fee again.

During the initial walkthrough, Andrew, the owner, assured me that his team could handle all aspects of the electrical installation required for my project. On the day scheduled for installing the finish electrical, the job site atmosphere reminded me of the busy, overlapping work reminiscent of the old KB Home days--workers coordinating closely and efficiently to get the job done. This collaborative effort was evident throughout the project, and it was the most impactful aspect of the work I observed. While photographs may not fully capture the quality and dynamics of the work, my experience with HAVICAN CUSTOMS ELECTRIC was positive. If you are seeking an honest and down-to-earth electrician, I recommend reaching out to Andrew at HAVICAN CUSTOMS ELECTRIC.

About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. He asked why I was in a hurry to get it done and I told him "I HATE CHARGING AT SUPER CHARGERS and I'm off on Thursday" .... Needless to say, Jody slid me in his schedule 2 days later instead on Thursday and got the job done in under an hour. I highly recommend Jody .

Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I recently contacted William again to have a wall switch installed for a ceiling fan because I thought the remote was broken (it would only sporadically turn the fan on and off, even with a new battery). Mario came out within a couple days and quickly identified that the issue was not the remote but poor wiring in the junction box (which was done by another electrician years ago). Since it was later in the evening, he came back a few days later to install the switch and fix the junction box wiring. What I appreciate about Mario is that he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He is trustworthy and guarantees the quality of his work. The cost of the repair was very fair for the amount of work done.

I had hired him several times previously (all fantastic experiences) and so, although he didn't have the time, he helped me troubleshoot it. He quickly realized that the amount of power coming in to my house was no longer under control and instructed me what to do. When SCE came, the guy said that if it wasn't for Alex, my house could have burned down - or at minimum all my appliances would have burned out if it wasn't for him. Alex called ME several times to make sure we were OK afterward. He asked for NOTHING in return. (I didn't accept those terms.) I don't have enough words to thank him. My recommendation to anyone quote shopping for major electrical work, contact at least 2-3 other places and you'll see the price/scope of work differences as well. Alex was the estimator and I was expecting good things based on past reviews and didn't receive that at all. Not sure if it was because I told you this was my first home but the dishonesty in your pricing needs to be reassessed. With internet access and electrician feedback it's easy to tell that your quote was ridiculous. The suggested approach to the work wasn't great either, my home definitely doesn't need a sub panel in the house when I'm getting a main panel upgrade. The number of dedicated circuits recommended by you compared to general recommendations I've heard didn't match nor made sense with the high price you charged. 29-33k for 12 circuits and a main panel upgrade with an unneeded sub panel in the home to "save on wires used"? Really? The only positive thing I have to say is your customer service rep was kind.

Work completed between Dec 2024 - Jan 2025…read more Team & Process My wife and I had just closed on a house and contracted Electric Brothers to update the electrical work on our new home. Our home inspector had recommended Electric Brothers to us. They were very easy to communicate with. This was my first time working with a contractor at this scope. Thankfully the team was professional and accommodating to our questions throughout the whole process. I had a huge list of work I wanted done on the house and the crew were understanding and offered financially flexible options for the work. Early on we had an unrelated permitting issue on the house and Electric Brothers was patient and helped us come up with solutions on how to continue the work on the electrical permit without affecting the other permit. From the get go Kamea and Isaac came out to do a walkthrough of our home to decide what the scope of work would be. At this point we weren't certain of how we were planning on remodeling the house but Kamea and Isaac offered flexible solutions. They were able to get the permit and started on the work quite quickly. Jose, Jonathan and the rest of the crew got to work removing the panel and old outlets and switches. I had requested some change orders later on and Eric and David were able to accommodate quickly. After all the work was complete, Antonio and Marcos patched all the holes inside and out. The patch work even impressed our inspector and the electric company that stopped by to adjust our power lines. The whole team was great and was willing to offer a ton of great house advice in general. Scope of Work The scope of the work included a panel upgrade, moving the panel and adding grounding to the house. We had also extended our powerline above the roof of the house to give our backyard some more vertical space. For the full house rewire, we had replaced all the existing wire with new wiring and relocated many of the outlets and switches. Kamea and Isaac worked closely with us to position the outlets and switches exactly where we wanted them. This included outlets inside and outside. Throughout the process we did have many specific requests but the team was able to pivot quickly without hesitation. Of course this did cause some slight miscommunication in the office but nothing detrimental to the project. In addition to the rewire work we also wanted to set up the electrical for our future remodeling plans. Jose made sure the circuits in the kitchen would be appropriate for the new appliances we had ordered. We updated some of our exterior lights as well and added additional lighting in one of our bathrooms. Both bathrooms were updated with new Panasonic vent fans. I also requested the wiring to be set up for an electric car charger for the future. Summary All in all a great experience! We'd definitely work together again in the future. My best suggestion to other new homeowners for a project of this scale is to align on the specific project goals before the starting walkthrough. Apologies, if I misremembered or misspelled any of the team member's names.
