I was originally going to go with the other company but Angel mentioned they can obtain a permit. After doing research I asked the other company if they offer that and they said I can apply for a permit. I wasn't too fond of that especially because they said it would be under my name. So I went with propower, who then did all the work of obtaining the permit for me. Once I got a date set, they quickly came out and got it installed within a few hours. They scheduled the inspector to come out the next day and I got my permit the day after. Angel and his team were very knowledgeable. Thomas who did the install said I needed to save a paper that had a QR code for my Tesla charger and even explained what I needed to do after. Lastly, Issac was there for the inspection which was supposed to happen anywhere from 8-12 he explained what the process would look like and assured me it would be very quick. I kept my garage open and stayed as long as I could. Unfortunately, I had client calls to take at 9:30 but it was great to hear the inspector came and then Issac ensured to close my garage for me even though I could not. Very comforting. Will definitely go to them for future electrical projects. Highly recommend!

Believe me we have remodeled homes in NY, Altadena, San Marino, Pasadena, so we know what is reasonable. Jeremy arrived on time and to our surprise arrived with his father, a veteran electrician, and his son, now learning the business. They couldn't have been more efficient, neat and innovative. They replaced our old recessed halogen lights with state of the art LED. This was just not a replacement of the cans, since the old halogen lights were wired through some container that had to be opened and removed. Don''t ask me exactly, all I know is it took them time and effort. They even left us some halogen bulbs in case we needed to replace them in the back of the house. We will be changing those out for LED and will use Croff Electric. They were able to overcome a few jobs that had previously been done, before we owned the house, that had some questionable "fixes". They put in a new island electric outlet that took some doing, because there was little space between wine cooler and microwave. Everything was done to code. When they finished, I could hardly believe the care they took in cleaning up and putting things back in order, see Jeremy with a vacuum.

They reconnected the wires, fixed a screw that they noticed was stripped, and rehung the chandelier. Then they tested to make sure that it worked. They were even kind enough to check a socket that I'd replaced myself to ensure that it was all good. Much appreciated and highly recommend!

These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

I recently contacted William again to have a wall switch installed for a ceiling fan because I thought the remote was broken (it would only sporadically turn the fan on and off, even with a new battery). Mario came out within a couple days and quickly identified that the issue was not the remote but poor wiring in the junction box (which was done by another electrician years ago). Since it was later in the evening, he came back a few days later to install the switch and fix the junction box wiring. What I appreciate about Mario is that he took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He is trustworthy and guarantees the quality of his work. The cost of the repair was very fair for the amount of work done.

Chad gave us a lot different choices and he recommended Phillips Hue system that gave more variety with colored effects than just white lighting. He came back a few times with ideas until we made a decision. We installed the system in January 2022 and for the first few months the system was great! However a few months later we started getting issues with the cabling and Chad came back out to diagnose the issue and resolved it. Every few months we were having issues with the system which was very disheartening as it was an expensive system and the issue was the cabling and Chad no longer promoted Phillips Hue after our experience. We are still having issues with the system it was usually in the back yard but the past 2 times it has been in the front yard. When I have contacted Chad he has been responsive and I usually have to wait around 2-3 weeks until he was able to come out and fix the problem. In October 2024 we had another issue with some of the lights flickering and sometimes it doesn't switch on. I contacted Chad and it took a couple of texts to get a response saying he would be unavailable for 2 weeks but he would be in touch to come and look at the issue. It's been more than 6 weeks and he hasn't still responded to any of mine or my wife's text or messages, as we were concerned of his well being after silence. He has completely gone silent and it is unlike him not to reply but we have been left stranded and ignored. We would have preferred for him to respond and say no I can't keep coming to fix the issue rather than just to be ignored. We regret putting the Phillips Hue system and wish we just put in white lights and my wife + we feel very disappointed and let down with Chad also considering we gave him some work at our HOA. We are all about helping folks and promoting good work. Chad is a great guy, we are sorry our system is problematic but he charges to come and fix issues, we are disappointed to be left stranded with silence to texts, emails and messages. This is not the way you treat a good customer and we felt he was not happy coming to fix the issues as it was every few months, which is unheard of. We are very disappointed in Phillips Hue. We were not about to change the system again to just simple white lights after spending thousands. We now find someone else to help resolve the issue. We wish Chad would at least support the failures and help us rather than having us restart the process with a new professional. It saddens me to write this review as if you look at my reviews they are always generally positive but this experience is one we needed tor share for awareness.
