There's an open space between my panel…read moreand my garage, so I was told by other electricians that I'd have to get someone else to break the concrete because they don't do that. These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. After one of them went in my rafters to set up the mounting kit, they installed my new fan and it works great with plenty of light. Casey and Joseph were respectful and knowledgeable. Scott was very polite, friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and thermostat and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Fortunately, I did not need to replace the furnace. Within a few days, Scott returned and replaced the necessary parts and installed a new thermostat. I waited a couple of months to see how well the furnace operated during these winter months. Now, I am pleased to announce that everything works perfectly. Scott, and AAA Calvert, receive superior marks. We hired…read moreAll-in-One to install some recessed lighting and outlets inside our home as well as upgrade our electrical panel on the exterior of our home. For the lighting/outlet install, instead of using any kind of drywall saw or cutting tool, they just used a hammer to put holes in our walls and ceilings in order to run wiring and install switches/lighting. This left our home looking crazy and made it unnecessarily difficult to make drywall repairs. Also, a number of the recessed lights they installed were not even symmetrical. On the exterior panel install, they swore up and down that the existing panel could not be replaced without major rework to the wall. So, thinking it was my only option, I approved the location of the new panel off to the side. However, I absolutely did not approve them coming out of the wall at an angle with that large flex conduit the way they did. After addressing these issues with them, their only response was that they could relocate the panel for the same cost as the original installation. Overall, it became clear to us that All-In-One Electric only cared about getting the job done as quickly as possible and had little to no respect for our home. They made it clear that their aim was to do the bare minimum as long as it was "up to code." I would not recommend their services to anyone after this experience.

There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. While it cost me nothing, it cost him his time.I As a result, I promised Ian I'd write a glowing review, and here it is. We've been dealing with intermittent power issues in our unit and our property management company initially sent out a few technicians who weren't able to identify the source of the problem. They eventually sent Alex from Ducros Electrical Services and the experience was outstanding. Alex was friendly and welcoming from the moment he arrived and more importantly, he was a total professional. He walked me through every step of his inspection process explaining what he was testing, why he was testing it and what the results meant. I appreciated how transparent and educational he was throughout the entire visit. Within a short time Alex was able to identify that the issue wasn't with our electrical system at all, it was related to Southern California Edison. He confirmed that our equipment was functioning properly and safe to use which gave us a lot of peace of mind. He contacted Edison and was able to get them out on site immediately to investigate. After searching Yelp for a trustworthy electrician, we called Ducros Electrical Services to see if someone could come out ASAP. We have several leaks, inclusive of the biggest coming in through a light. Not good when you are trying to conduct business, and have client's and their pets coming in for services. He showed up on time and gave me a best case/worst case scenario to explain why my yard lights were not staying on and why several weren't coming on at all (even with a new transformer). The best case scenario would have been identifying several lights or connections which were the problem. Worst case would have been having to rewire the entire backyard, something I really wanted to avoid due to its significantly higher cost. He showed up with two other employees the next day again, right on time. They identified the problem: an excessive # of connections, pieced together over the years by many different people, and made worse by the recent addition of additional new lights. They rewired one section only to reduce the total number of connections. They did the job quickly for the price quoted, along with the price for the parts. They left my yard immaculate, and demonstrated how each and every light was now fully operational. I will hire them again for any other electrical issue.
