Brian and Enrique were amazing. My power went out in half my house right before my and wife and I were headed out of town and they were able to troubleshoot it and get it resolved quickly. We recently started having electrical issues after purchasing a hybrid Chevy and started charging at home. We were losing power in multiple areas in the home, and our breakers weren't tripping. We called Brian from Image Electric and he quickly came out and was able to diagnose the issue. The original 100amp Zinsco panel was on its last leg. Brian pulled out multiple breakers to show me how they were sparking and burning up on the inside of the panel. He offered me multiple solutions, and we ultimately decided to replace it with a new panel. He took care of all the permitting, socal Edison approvals, and soon got to work. The workmanship and service were outstanding, he was transparent throughout the entire process and very responsive.
