I heard a crackling sound coming from a fan switch and it stopped working all together. I was nervous...like am I gonna have a wall fire? I requested service and Aaryn answered the call like lightning fast, and he was on it instantly. I was able to get the issue resolved all in a single day. My wife was happy with the work so you know it was done to perfection, haha. Five stars!!!

After getting at least 10 different quotes from various electricians/companies ranging from $1,500-$4,000, I was really starting believe that I needed to have extensive work done to fix the issue. Aaryn was the final stop to get quoted before making a decision, and upon meeting with him for the inspection, I knew almost immediately that I found a life-long service provider for anything electric-related. Aaryn was extremely detailed and efficient in conducting a walk through to identify what the root cause was, and by the way he explained how the wires ran just by looking at them, I knew I found a true professional. Not only were the issues resolved within the same day, Aaryn also provided me with thorough education on how many amps which circuit takes up, which appliances could be connected to where to avoid the outage from happening again, and where all the wires were interconnected. Aaryn is THE go-to professional if you're looking for quality work, reasonable pricing (I truly appreciated that he didn't try to price gouge me, and the total ended up being up to 8x LESS than what I was being quoted elsewhere!!), and someone who can help educate you on how to maximize the usage of your home appliances.

Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too).
