The furnace would not turn off, and it would only blow cold air. Therefore, he performed a diagnostic and presented solutions to repair the furnace. I decided to move forward with option one: replaced ignition sensor, installed electrical surge protectors for the furnace as well as for the outdoor condenser, performed a level one pull and clean on the blower wheel.
