The vacuum packed sticky corns are very good! They taste firm, sweet, and no big difference from fresh ones. The price is good.

They double charge if youre not paying attention. Thats probably why their stuff are $1 or 2 cheaper than other stores.

Hidden gem in San Leandro. It's a mini Costco version of Asian grocers.

The restaurant is really big and we sat at a table for 14 pretty comfortably. We were also here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. The service is your typical Chinese restaurant vibe where you leave a little bit emotionally abused after paying for overly priced menu items. We did the à la cart and easily spent up to $1500. Better off with the family plan meal but nothing was of interest to us except one or two dishes. It took forever to come out and I mean FOREVER to a point where we almost cancelled a few dishes and called it a night, but they kept saying it's being made. With as many people and as massive as the restaurant was, and the price tags, I was expecting a more efficient service. A couple of times we saw our dish being brought to the wrong table and the people going "oh we didn't order this." With all of that out of the way, I am giving them an average score of 3 starts because the food did bring them back up. It was actually really good. My favorite of all things we ordered was their sea bass with string beans. The sea bass was fried crispy, garnished salty and still soft inside. It paired really well with the string beans. We ordered a bunch of other things that I couldn't tell you what the name was in English and they were above average taste wise. Their complimentary dessert however, was mass produced and tasted like they added too much water to it. This was the only one I was disappointed in. I still say this place is extremely overpriced but for a family meal experience and if you ever want to impress a date, why not.

Made a trip to NorCal and was looking for somewhere open late, and I'm so glad I found this place!…read moreI love Japanese food, and I feel like most restaurants specialize in one particular thing, but this place has a little bit of everything for whatever you're craving: sushi, sashimi bowls like salmon don and chirashi, ramen, yakitori, and more! I ordered the salmon don and some lamb skewers. There is a 3-skewer minimum, which was totally fine because it's hard to stop at just one anyway. The salmon don was fresh and delicious, and the lamb skewers were super flavorful. Prices were pretty reasonable too, especially considering the variety. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back with cute Japanese-inspired decor throughout. Service was friendly as well! Definitely a great late-night find, and I'd come back to try more of the menu next time I'm in the area!

We got there around 7pm on a Friday. It was busy but we got sat pretty quickly. We ordered 2 miso soups, tofu, fatty combo sashimi, and 2 rolls. After about 30-45 min, we received our tea, miso soups, and the tofu appetizer. After about an hour, we got our sashimi. And after sitting for another 30 min, we decided it was time to cancel the rest and get our check. All the other tables were getting their food and we were just sitting there waiting. Waiting that long for food is unacceptable. And after all that, all we got was a sorry and "here's a 10% discount card for next time." I don't think there will be a next time.

Finally got my craving satisfied! I love coming to these places for the signature sizzling plates…read more I ordered the beef rice. It came with thin slices of beef, rice, corn, and green onion. It was super delicious. I love the garlic soy sauce and teriyaki sauce! I poured on the sauce all over while its cooking to get all that flavor. I like it when the rice gets a little crispy on the bottom as well. This place is located in a hole in the wall kind of restaurant on a old strip mall. There is good amount of parking. The waitress was very friendly and food came out really quick. My family were only there for about 30 min including ordering, waiting for food, and eating. They also have hawaiian food that looked really good too.

Customers are expected to place their own orders through the qr code, but there was barely any interaction or assistance from the staff. If you need to order something or ask for anything, you have to wait for an employee who is inside the kitchen to come out because they don't come out to check on customers. What bothered me the most was that after we finished eating, the staff asking for a tip. Tips are optional, especially when the service is not good. Customers should not feel pressured for a tip. Overall, the food was disappointing, the service was poor, and the whole experience was frustrating. I would not come back.

Was craving hibachi for the longest time and decided to order on DoorDash for pickup…read more Garlic rice, steak (well I did order it medium rare but we got boba on the way home, so it was pretty much medium), shrimp and vegetables were all delicious. Would recommend if you're looking to splurge on food.

Avoid this location and go to the Piedmont location instead…read more I used to go to the Piedmont location multiple times a week and honestly would still go out of my way to go there to this day because of the amazing service. Johnny Bravo and the rest of the staff there always made customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of. I've even met up with friends there just because the atmosphere and service were that good. Maybe it's because the owners are always present at the Piedmont location, but the difference between these two locations is night and day. After moving, the East Fourteen location became the closest to me, so I expected the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, I've had the complete opposite experience every single time I've gone there. The girl who opened on May 16, 2026 was once again rude, cold, and hostile for absolutely no reason. She never greets me, never says hello, never asks how she can help me. I always have to speak first because she acts bothered the second I walk in. That is some of the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. I tipped the first time, but after consistently bad service, I stopped. The food used to make the trip worth it, even though this location always seems noticeably saltier, but dealing with salty attitudes on top of salty food is enough for me to never come back. To make things worse, I always order the exact same thing, and today they still managed to leave items out of my order and didn't give me everything I paid for. This employee seriously needs customer service training and needs to learn the bare minimum of acknowledging and respecting customers. Customers are the reason employees have jobs in the first place. I will not be returning to this location.
