Plenty of mall parking, well maybe not enough for all these businesses. Service - Good, but mostly self service. Price - Slightly above average, but it also depends on what you buy. This is more of a wholesale place that sells bulk restaurant goods like plastic utensils, take out containers, baking aluminum supplies, old school plastic round washing tubs and chairs in primary school colors (iykyk), bulk baking soda and other seasonings/condiments, Chinese cooking sauces and oil in large gallon tin cans or jugs, lotus seed paste in bulk, dry soup herbs, and old school snacks like garden coconut cookie rings, sesame candies, plastic snack tubs of star sugar biscuits. There's some regular size commonly used Chinese sauces, aroy-d coconut milk $1.59 that usually sells for $1.99-2.29 elsewhere. Also saw Prima Taste brand laksa paste in bulk bag for $15!! that'll be good for at least 5 meals but it says use within 3 days. Definitely more for restaurant use or a large event. There's also veggies in a stand format at the front but not a lot of choices like your regular Asian supermarket. Four stars for cheaper prices but you're gonna have to navigate on your own in the narrow aisles which is open to the public but not really meant to be customer oriented. Probably not English speaking either fyi. They have frozen produce too but idk they look questionable in terms of how long they've been sitting there. Most of them are in these ice cream like chest freezers vs the usual store large open door freezers in supermarkets. There's only 3 or 4 parking spots near the entrance. Otherwise street parking which isn't difficult but may need a shopping cart or some help carrying in case you end up buying a lot.

These types of markets are usually packed with food items, this one is no different. I usually just get fish and vegetables here, can't beat the prices. If you usually carry a large bag when you're out, best to leave it in your trunk. They will ask you to leave it up front with the cashiers for security reasons. It's definitely a tight space, come during off hours if you're not fond of squeezing past people in the grocery store. Parking is a bit rough too, but they have a small lot if you have time to wait for a spot. I like their produce section a lot and I always have to grab some duck eggs while I'm here!

I understand that some small businesses impose card minimums to offset processing fees, but this is a supermarket -- a grocery store. I should be able to purchase whatever I need, regardless of the total, and pay with a card. What's worse is that there was no notice posted inside about this policy. The only sign is outside, which is both misleading and inconvenient. This kind of practice not only reflects poor customer service but also questionable business ethics. It may even violate card network rules.
