Lawrence is a scammer and a thief. He owes our company $19000 and refuses to pay. We bought a Sprinter van from him, he claimed there was an issue with the DMV about the plates and registration and he needed the van back at the dealership. We never got the van back. So we asked for a refund, he gave us a check that had no funds. I have countless messages, asking for my money back, it has been almost a month.

Delivered on my driveway!

I contacted Lawrence from a public post for a Lexus CT200h I was interested in. Unfortunately someone already saw it a day before me, but Lawrence still replied to say he will keep in contact if anything falls through. This was during the microchip shortage and used car inflation due to covid, so only some sellers/dealers were responsive and most were giving me the work around to get me to go in person. However, Lawrence kept me periodically updated through texts. I've been searching for the car for about a month. Finally a acquaintance referred me to Japanese car broker that agreed to help me. Around the same time Lawrence contacted me said the person did not get back to him and his reservation would end. I decided to go with Lawrence on a whim because of the previous reviews but also because he was courteous enough to be highly responsive throughout the week and a half. The car trim/package was above what I was looking for so I went in. On the day of the Test drive everything was going perfect. Until the check engine light went on lol. I noticed it went on when we took the car off EV mode and into sport. I know a bit about cars and had previous similar experience so hoped it wasn't anything too big and easily fixable. He pulled the ODB2 codes (btw I brought my Bluetooth ODB2 reader in my pocket, but didn't use it, just saying to inform that's how much a cautious buyer I am). Got code P0420. Which I'm very familiar with and know it can be anything from o2 sensor to the Catalytic(headaches when trying to pass smog tests because a lot of resetting and then miles to drive to refresh the computer). NOTE: Lawrence was just as surprised as I was about the check engine light... in fact I didn't even mention it to him... he actually looked over later while I was driving and asked me in shock "Hold up, is that the check engine light?" Mentally I was bummed out and ready to continue the search. But Lawrence assured me that it was not in his intention then explained even if it did happen I would've been protected by his 90day contract warranty, and he would fully taken care of it. To go above and beyond he replaced the whole cat unit with OEM catalytic and exhaust manifold assembly and test drove the miles to refresh the computer!!!! All within 1 day. He still offered the same price (which was already more than fair considering the inflation situation) with the 90 day warranty. Also said don't hesitate to contact him if I had any concerns In the future in a sincere manner. To top it off, he had the car delivered to my house while waiting for the payment to clear!! So I wouldn't have to waste gas or Uber to pick it up. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to do business you can go to a dealership, but if you want to buy a car from someone with integrity, definitely go here.

Instead of just scanning the code and sending me on my way, he actually took the time to explain what was going on. The OBD test showed Bank 2 running lean, and Bill walked me through a few simple first steps before assuming the worst. He recommended cleaning the throttle body and trying a fuel system additive to see if the code would clear before diving into expensive repairs. That kind of honest, practical advice is rare, especially when dealing with European cars where people immediately expect costly fixes. Bill was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. exactly the kind of employee that keeps people coming back. Great customer service and a refreshing experience for an auto parts store. Yelp Elite worthy for sure.

I showed employee Robert Martinez the Walmart website on my phone, displaying lower prices for the exact items available for local in-store pickup. Despite this, he refused to honor the price match, insisting that anything shown on a phone counts as "online pricing," even though these were in-store pickup prices from the nearest Walmart. When I asked him what proof he would accept and whether he expected me to go to Walmart, take pictures of their shelves, and come back, his only response was, "I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just telling you I can't accept these prices." That defeats the entire purpose of a price-match policy. This was a complete waste of my time. If I wanted to drive to Walmart, I would've gone there in the first place. AutoZone advertises a price-match policy, but the staff here refuse to honor it and seem poorly trained on it. Very disappointing experience.

There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.
