    Tea!
    Stanislava K.

This place used to be one of our favorite restaurants when we lived here and so I couldn't pass on the opportunity to visit again. This place looks the same as I remember it, with the same ambiance and the same wait staff that has been part of the establishment for like ever! We got here a bit early before the lunch rush, which was definitely a good idea. It starts to fill up pretty fast around noon. We ordered a pot of black tea - pot of tea is a must here! They serve with lemon wedges, cream and sugar. We ordered : Steak and kidney pie - a hearty, generous portion of food. Served with fries, but I prefer the house salad with dressing on the side. The pastry is a bit dry, so I recommend eating with the brown sauce. It makes the filling and the pastry nice and moist. Fish and chips - I ordered the two piece, which is more than plenty of food. My chips were over fried and tasted a bit like old oil, so I didn't eat them. I should have ordered the salad instead. I mentioned it and they offered me to have it changed, but I was already full from the generous portion of fish, so I didn't accept it. Overall great atmosphere, good service, good food and cozy place to eat British food and look at the many pictures of the Royal family.

This little hole in the wall is awesome and adorable with quality food and easy parking. The quality of the food is excellent and the value is fair. One of the things I was most excited about was high-tea sets which starts at 2:30pm. Parking is easy and free which is always a bonus. I'd come back.

Not great for kids. Prices are a bit high but portions are great! The ambiance is spot on England. Beautiful and exquisite. The sausage rolls were great, and very kid friendly. The fish and chips my wife said were "spot on" with what she used to eat while she lived in England. I had the Sheppard's Pie... It was like mum used to make. Deliciousness through and through. The gravy was super good, and the piped mashed potatoes were beautiful, almost too much to eat. We'll be back, but probably without kids.

Popped in for breakfast at 10:30 am on a Saturday and had a great time. It wasn't terribly busy, but the two waitresses were really running around to make sure everyone was happy. The "English breakfast" was a very nice portion for the price and everything was cooked beautifully. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to notice us. Will be back for sure for breakfast, and would love to try lunch and dinner.

    Love tea at Neville's.

The waiter came by and took drink orders. Their margaritas are strong and they have a nice selection of draft beers. We started with Salt & Vinegar Drumsticks and Pretzels as appetizers, they were excellent. We then went with the Pub Dip, and 2 Fish & Chips. Both were well prepared and steaming hot. The service was good, although the waiter disappeared for a bit when we were looking for the check. Overall, a good place for lunch.

The place itself is very much an average English pub, lots of Knick-knacks on the wall which gives it a cute personality, the service was a little muddled in that they were a little clumsy and gave us the wrong bill.   Lets talk food! I ordered the Fish and Chips and the Popcorn Shrimp, its ok, but that's as much as I'd give it, the Fish and Chips 3.5/5 the fish was a little over and for the love of all that is good, where are the mushy peas, regular peas, heck I'll take baked beans... they're in the back, I know the adjacent store has 'em. The popcorn shrimp were not good, entirely batter and borderline too salty. Suffice to say it was a disappointment, I might go back to their other branch but not this. But who knows maybe it was just an off day

We walked in and were immediately transported to a pub in the UK, no passport required. Quaint, cozy, and the kind of place where everyone can find their comfort zone, whether that's a booth, a bar stool, or a table where you can fully spread out and commit to dinner. We were greeted right away by an incredibly nice server and shown to our table so we could sit down and dry off, because at that point it was basically a monsoon outside. Truly biblical weather. Menus hit the table and the race was on. Obviously, in a place like this, I had to order the fish and chips. My partner ordered the French dip, not because he wanted it more than anything else, but because it was my second choice. Strategic ordering at its finest. If I can't commit, I will absolutely order through someone else. HA. We also got the Caesar salad, and if you're looking for a genuinely great salad, this is the one. Fresh, delicious, and healthy enough to make you feel slightly virtuous before demolishing fries. Overall, this place is a win. Great food, super friendly employees, and fries you will be thinking about later. Highly recommend for rainy days, hunger emergencies, and people who like their pub vibes extra cozy.

It was clear the restaurant was short-staffed, but unfortunately, that translated into very poor service. We had to ask the waiter for almost everything twice -- menus, condiments, and basic necessities. The waiter never wrote down our order, and unsurprisingly, it arrived incorrectly. To make matters worse, one person's meal was delivered about 10 minutes after everyone else's, with no explanation. Two of us ordered dishes that came with fries, and both orders arrived with fries that were completely cold. On top of that, the restaurant has only one shared bathroom for both men and women, which is not ideal for a dining establishment. At one point, they were also out of silverware, which added to the overall feeling of disorganization. Another frustrating surprise was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Service issues extended beyond our table. At one point, the bartender was sitting behind the bar reading a newspaper, and she did not appear to be assisting the floor staff or acting as part of a team, despite how overwhelmed everything seemed. But the final issue -- and the one that guarantees we will never return -- was a serious sanitation concern. The waiter carried a rag in his back pocket and repeatedly used it to wipe sweat pouring off his head while working in the dining area. He did NOT WASH HIS HANDS afterward and continued touching everyone's cups, silverware, napkins, and meals. This is no different than coughing into your hands and then handling guests' food. Honestly, I really should have called the health department. Between the poor service, cold food, surprise fees, lack of basic supplies, and major hygiene issues, this was a very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend to anyone.
