Sebastian & crew were awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient--they did the whole move in 4 hours, including taking apart and reassembling some difficult pieces of furniture. Based on our estimate we were expecting it to take at least 6 hours, and cost is largely based on how much time it takes, so they saved us hundreds of dollars by being so quick. That is exactly what Mansakh is. They were efficient, and made sure to shrink wrap items that tend to break. Whereas it has always taken 3.5-4 hours in the past. I found them doing nothing multiple times. They had a bad attitude, walked very slowly, and heavily smelled like weed. Something that in the very recent past has cost me $400-500 including the tip, it was almost $1000 with this company. The owner did not even offer a discount in light of these events. I do not recommend and will not use again.
